My sisters and I had a blast at B Creative! At first we were worried because we arrived a few minutes late, but the instructor was really kind and accommodating. She was upbeat and had fantastic music playing in the background. Her directions were clear and concise, which was super helpful because it was our first time painting. They were very responsive to your needs as well! Just ask them if you need more paint, towels, etc. We were disappointed that no wine was available to purchase during the day session. Only soda, coffee, and tea were offered for a couple dollars.

Mario and Nancy did an excellent job hosting our daughters' birthday party! We had 50 painters with ages ranging from 3 to 75 years old, and Nancy was able to amazingly and flawlessly lead them all. Mario's sweet mom also came to help out. Thank you so much for the great service!! Everybody had a wonderful time!

Just got home from my first paint night at B Creative Art Studio. This experience was a birthday gift from my sister. We've both been to other paint nights with other studios/companies. She found a great Groupon deal and it was a great middle point between both our homes. I'm glad she found this place. I totally forgot our instructors name (sorry!) but she was awesome. She's there Thursday nights. She kept a great pace that allowed everyone plenty of time to paint at their own pace, without feeling too slow or too fast. We had two short breaks which was great to stretch or catch up. The last place I visited was like 3 hours straight and our group brought plenty of wine but it was so intense we barely drank. This studio does not serve or allow alcohol like a lot of those other paint night places do. This is strictly painting. Eat/drink before you arrive. I hit the Del Taco drive thru down the street. They did serve cookies and water so that was nice. They also shouted out my birthday and one more patrons birthday, gave us both a cute mini cupcake and everyone sang us Happy Birthday. Loved it! We'll be back again!

It was mine and my mom's first time doing a Paint Night! Luckily the event was held at Bootleggers Brewery so after a pint, we felt more relaxed ;) Nancy and Mario were really great and made the whole painting session comfortable and fun! Especially for us beginners, she took the time to explain how to mix paints and let us get caught up. And Mario was ready to get us paint or anything we needed. We were also allowed to be creative with our painting and add our own touches to it. Also, the music was on point, we were painting and singing along! I got a great deal off Living Social which made it about $18 per person and it was so worth it. They want to encourage a family atmosphere so they don't serve alcoholic drinks but we were okay with that. They had free snacks and water for everyone. Paint and canvas was included. My sisters, niece, & I had a great time and we plan to go back soon. The owner was very nice and accomodating. They also take music requests and leave paint bottles out for patrons to go crazy and use as much of and whatever colors they want. Very cool!

FUN! FUN! FUN! great for all ages and all to no artistic skill levels. Owner/instructor Nancy is very patient and very nice. She makes everyone feel at ease and assures you that you can paint, there are no mistakes here. Six teenage boys in our group actually admitted that it was more fun than they expected. They didn't miss their devices during the 2hr reservation slot we had. Pizza paint nite was a hit, you can paint and take pizza breaks then resume at your own pace. Nancy is one of the best instructors I've had at these events. My friends who have also done these before said they really enjoyed learning to paint from Nancy. A unique spin on paint nite with a unique lady, I highly recommend team bonding, ladies night out or kids bday parties here.

Booked a Groupon for Mother's Day for 4 with my besties. Summary - we loved it! Location - not the easiest to locate. It's in a somewhat mini industrial building. Look for the yellow bee sign right by the road. Enough parking. About the Groupon - you can book online immediately. If you see the date, time, or painting you want, book right away to ensure you get a spot. Two owners/instructors: Nancy (instructor) and Mario, assistant/helper/ everything else. Both are super nice. Studio atmosphere - absolutely love it! This is their only homebase (as opposed to restaurants or outside venues). Space seems tight but is actually enough. I love how they display samples of prior and future paintings. And the loud music? Oh yeah! They have a little snack shop with drinks. Overall - I chose Art Studio B because they welcome and encourage creativity. Don't like the colors, styling, sizing, etc of the painting? Or maybe you decide you prefer to paint something else? By all means, it's your piece of art, so you can change it up however you fancy.

I have not made it back here yet due to time constraints but this was SO much fun and I had a great time painting with acrylics for the first time ever. I went a bit heavy initially while I was trying to figure out the techniques and everyone I spoke to said it was really not bad. I even added a little kitty (my personal touch) to keep my cats involved somehow! I have been trying to make my way back here again. This would be a super rad hobby to get into.

My absolute favorite place to paint!! Shout out to Mario for hosting our DL Cast Member Paint Nite! Everyone had a great time and are looking forward to the next event! Mario was able to put together a night to remember. In just 2weeks he was able to make it work! He gave us a Great evening of laughing, singing and painting! I won't be going anywhere else! My first time painting in this type of environment and I thoroughly enjoyed myself! I love the concept and the idea, where it's just art and being creative, listening to good music, in great company, great teachers and no technology interrupting or distracting. For three hours is purely fun and gets your creative blood flowing and you just want to do a good job! Both Nancy and Mario are very accommodating, friendly, upbeat and filled with so much energy which gives a great vibe to paint! Keep it up!!!

Art Studio B Creative This is my favorite place to paint! Not only do they have the best deals for their paint classes, they have amazing painting selections to chose from, and "under 21 paint nights" where the whole family can paint together. As a bonus, they play your favorite music selections during your painting session. Art Studio B Creative instructors are great. I like the way they teach you a little and then turn up the music so you're free to paint without pressure. When the group is ready they teach a little more and turn up the music and so on. The environment is fun and carefree and you go home with an awesome work of art. I also love that I get to put in a song request when making a reservation, and they play my song during my paint session. The best part about Art Studio B Creative is the owners Nancy and Mario. They are kind and helpful, and always sharing positive words about your artwork. From our first class they remembered both my friends and my name and specifically greet us each time we come back. I have painted at Art Studio B Creative many times. I am not the most artistic person, but I love it and each canvas turns out looking like I'm an artist. Nancy has great tips when you can't seem to get your painting to detail out the way you want while Mario checking to make sure you have all the paint, brushes, food, you name it, that every artist needs. He doesn't forget to snap a picture of your art work for you. Like I said before Art Studio B Creative offer great deals. Just this month a friend and I painted beautiful canvases for only $10 each. My friend painted their canvas just like the instructor did. I, of course went outside the lines. And look at our artwork!!! If you're looking for a place to learn something new and discover your inner Picasso, try Art Studio B Creative out. Nancy and Mario are the best and you'll have a greats time!!

We came here for my Mother's day activity and had a super time!! The teacher, Janie, was very sweet and explained things very clearly and slowly so we could all follow along. I was looking for a place where my kids could participate. Most other studios require the participants to be over 21 even if they don't drink, so this place was perfect. They served pizza, strawberries, grapes, cheese and crackers, and had water and juice. The location is a little hard to find, so use your GPS. read more

I'm generally grumpy about big group events so I went reluctantly. I shouldn't have worried. It was a lot of fun. I'd never painted on a canvas before, at least not as an adult. It fun to see everyone's version of the painting we were doing. The staff was very attentive but not intrusive. It was well done. I said I'd do it again, to the shock of my wife! read more

The paint and sip class was just the creative outlet I needed for my soul! It was more of a party than a serious art lesson. Nancy was so upbeat and fun as she led us through the process of creating our own artistic vision. I didn't know anyone in the room, but after a glass of wine or two, we were all singing along to 80's music and laughing about the way we painted our trees. I left B Creative feeling inspired. This place is AMAAAZING... I haven't found anything so outside of the norm, and new and fun in so long. Its easy. You just get your friends together (friends who DONT normally paint, and DONT normally get into art and music...) and you GO. The instructor (Nancy) is a doll, and she is so energetic and the music is a giant loud flashback. The next time you ask yourself what there actually IS out there that isn't too expensive and yet leaves a MARK on your life... You should just GO. read more

My friend and I had a wonderful night of painting and visiting! Nancy and Mario were great! They took care of everything. Nancy was great instructing what to do and Mario made sure we all had paint!! At the end of the evening everyone was laughing and taking pictures of their accomplishments. I haven't painted in over 30 years. Now I want to get back to my own painting. We will definitely go back and paint some more! Next time we want tho try pizza night!! read more

I went to the pizza paint night on Friday and had a blast! Jamie the instructor was fantastic! Jamie was very patient and very good at teaching how to paint the portrait! I absolutely loved this experience. I have never attempted anything like this. The instructor was super helpful and friendly. She made it super simple to follow and was very encouraging. This place is really awesome. I have never even attempted to paint anything good enough to hang in my room or house, but going here you are assured to do just that. You can preview exactly what they will be paining for any given day/time you sign up for which is great. You know exactly what you going to paint, but also you can think about what different colors or other variations you might want to do before you get there. And the prices can't be beat for the amount of time you spend there. Everything is supplied and you don't have to clean anything up! The atmosphere is totally relaxed. Snacks and drinks and super cheap. They've got phone chargers if you need one. You can send in song requests ahead of time or the time of. Mario coordinates the schedules, the music, and is the photographer - a very good one at that. He is very friendly and accommodating to whatever you need/special requests. Nancy leads the actually painting and walks people through everything at a perfect pace with plenty of time to relax and chat. She is so friendly and energetic - even late at night when I went. The only thing that could be better was that the location is set back from the street so it was a bit hard to find when we went at night. All in all, a perfect way to spend quality time with your significant other, a group of friends, or even by yourself if you need a relaxing time away from whatever. I will have to go back. read more

My wife and I visited Art Studio B Creative for the first time last week, for a Valentine's day date. We'd found a picture we both loved online, and booked it for Saturday. When we got there, we found out that there was an error with their system, and we'd accidentally booked the wrong date! They were more than accommodating, and decided to give us our own private lesson during the regular lesson, so while the rest of the class was working on one set of instructions, we would get our own instructions for the next step. They really encouraged creativity, and were more than willing to offer help if anyone had questions about how to improve their painting. At the end of the night, we both walked away with a painting we were proud to hang on our walls, and we look forward to coming back again! read more

I attended an event they did at Bootlegger's Brewery in Fullerton recently and had a great time! All of the materials are supplied for you and the instructions they give are great for any artistic level. Best yet, the atmosphere they create is fun and inviting so you have a great evening no matter if you go alone or with friends. The owner Nancy and her staff are incredibly nice, patient and good at what they do. I went during one of their all ages sessions with my 8 year old daughter, and I loved how family friendly they made everything. I've been to other paint night events but this was my favorite experience so far. They don't rush you or pressure you so it's super relaxing. We even got to request what music they play. I will be telling my friends about this little hidden gem for sure! read more

Bought a groupon for this place. It said it did not allow outside food or drink and no alcohol sales. It said they have a wide variety of sodas and nonalcoholic beverages for sale. It said to come early and we could place an order with a pizza place they have a great relationship with. None of which was true. We should up hungry and thirsty. They only sold coke, no diet. One type of NA beer. The person had no idea what I was talking about as far as ordering food. Definitely false advertising!!!!!!! Others came with drinks so bring your own!!! read more

The hosts were very welcoming and warm to me and my group of friends.One of the hosts, Nancy was very approachable and helpful when it came for us to start our painting. I didn't feel intimidated by her as she took her time to explain every detail of the drawing. We had a blast. I recommend this place if you love to paint or try something new on girls night out. Took a friend to Art Studio B Creative for Paint Night as a Christmas gift. We had such a great time! Nancy was energetic and encouraging, being helpful and patient in the painting process. A fun and different way to spend a couple of hours and bring out your creative side. I highly recommend this. We have attended two events. The first time, my wife and I attended an adults only painting night. There was music and great painting instructions by Nancy. They also encourage to do your own thing if you feel so inclined. The second time, we attended a family event and my daughter had a "hoot" of a time painting her owl. Give it a try! My whole family had a great time! read more

My little sister was in town from Florida and I decided to take her to places and do activities that I've never done before. This was one of them and I can safely say we had a blast. Neither of us are considered to be artistic in our family but we definitely enjoyed the experience. Not only that but Nancy's guidance and patience really helped our paintings to turn out well! Meet the Business Owner: Mario C.

I have been creating art for as long as I can remember. I love it, it makes me feel alive. I want to share that feeling with everyone! I have found that a lot of people that want to experiment with art are hesitant because they are a little too critical of themselves and I encourage them to let go and just enjoy themselves. I want Art Studio B Creative to be a place where everyone can mess around with paint to have a great time.

I also appreciate the historical value portrayed with it. There are two buildings- the north and south. The north side has the permanent exhibits- Disney, stone and scene, radio museum, Maynard Dixon and the Oregon trail, and contemporary paintings. The downtown Fullerton art walk happens on the first Friday of every month. This happens all year round. It seems like the event was more popular maybe pre-covid? Not too sure. You can walk around downtown, and you will see signs put out for the businesses that are participating. It seems like the hours vary depending on the business. So, some were closed when we went. It may be a good idea to go during the day, so you can hit all of the places before they close. We got to see some art. It was cool. It's always fun exploring downtown Fullerton! It was cool how everything was gathered in one place and there was a lot of festivities: photobooth, live music, food trucks, beer and wine garden, arts and crafts booth for kids, etc. The museum gift shop was also open to browse. Great atmosphere and nice to walk around, though I didn't really get involved too much with the booths. I was there mostly to browse and soak in the atmosphere. And to get grub from the food trucks, haha. The gathering was a lot smaller than I thought and I was expecting to see a lot more, but it's ok. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Parking was a breeze since they were set up right next to a couple of free public parking garages. All in all, the event provided some great atmosphere, but I'm not sure if a normal Artwalk would be for me. I suppose if I had nothing better to do on a Friday night and wanted to soak in some local art, I'd go again.

Past exhibits have been curated by Liberty boardshop (which if you don't know, and live in the area, you are missing out), and have included some pretty cool artists. Sometimes it's not just the framing! The word "Gallery"…read moredescribes a place for exhibiting and selling art but really it's so much more. For me it's the experience - the time spent looking, studying, and simply browsing a collection is worth gold to me. Chemers Gallery in Tustin is that place that offers that whole experience. Every time I go in there, which I admit isn't near often enough but probably more than some, I delight in "finds". I have a fairly decent collection of artwork and it's not confined to paintings. I've ceramics, sculptures, glasswork, pottery, photographs, and a few weird pieces of found object works as well. Quite a few of those pieces have come from this jewel of a gallery so close to home. The owner Karen, and her friendly staff have always allowed me the luxury to simply roam. I have to walk through numerous times to take everything in. I get distracted by one or two pieces and then turn around and find something else completely unexpected. And, it becomes mine. I love this place!! I am a retired healthcare designer and Chemers was the art consultant on a few of our firms healthcare projects. What I enjoyed was the chosen works were always different from the predictable works too often seen in healthcare spaces and, they always complimented the concepts of our interiors. I also love the shows and exhibitions they often host here. Often soliciting works from local artists, craftspeople, and even foodies, these "pop-up" shows are always good for gifts, wearables, and sometimes taste-ables! And if I'm lucky, I often walk away with a new piece! I always look forward to stopping in on these shows and could spend an hour or more perusing. Do yourself a favor and visit this gallery - oh, and of course, don't forget, they also do excellent framing!!

(She also gets lunch for people taking her workshops!). Since I live in Santa Barbara I either drive or take Amtrak. I wish her studio was closer because I would go to her weekly evening ongoing workshop. She also encourages her students to enter art fairs and quite a few get awards from their work. Truth be told, I was not initially awe struck about the idea of seeing art by Dr. Seuss. To that extent, I was still interested. I could not expect the experience I was about to encounter. Upon entering the gallery, the rare unorthodox taxidermy mountings were hilarious. They were colorful and gracefully obnoxious. I had no idea Dr. Seuss also created these types of figures. Although the mountings are replicas, they are created using original molds. The original mountings are made of paper mâché and obviously super fragile and rare. The mountings on display ranged from a couple of thousand to several. As I continued through the gallery, I immediately recognized several of Dr. Seuss's classic stories and characters, such as the Cat in Hat. I was transported back to my youth and remembered positive experiences reading with my parents. I was shocked to realize the impact this complex artist and author actually had on me. I found several lithographs that were affordable, but it was difficult to choose. The Sarah Bain staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Daniel provided interesting information and immediately emailed artwork dimension sizes to me. If ever in downtown Brea, you must stop at Sarah Bain Gallery and take a look......it's free!

You could easily spend an hour here looking at all of the Disney art pieces. Over the years, the Wonderground Gallery has celebrated a variety of art styles and periodically hosted meet and greet and even signing events with featured artists! Recently the gallery was refurbished in 2024. Parts of the offerings were moved over to other Disney stores like the Disney Home store. If you're visiting Downtown Disney, I'd highly recommend checking out the Wonderground Gallery. Before taking pictures of the gallery, we did ask a cast member if it was okay, and we were informed it was good to take pictures inside the Art Gallery! My family and I enjoyed our time here. I believe this is the only Yelp review I have written. Why? Because it is personal. I would HIGHLY recommend Art Studio B Creative for anyone. About 15 years ago I mentioned I "could not do art" in a secondary education teaching credential class. For my bday, one of my students gave me a blank canvas, paint supplies, and sketch pads and pencils. The canvas is STILL in its plastic after all these years due to my fear of...painting. Ok, I have a genuine fear of not having my work be "perfect." I received a trip to Art Studio B for Father's Day from one of my daughters, and I was terrified. This is from a guy who teaches scuba diving, has jumped out of planes, has dove with sharks, etc. So, walking into the studio I felt my blood pressure rise until I started and the instruction that took place. Within minutes my fear turned to excitement for the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. As a person who trains people to teach, I would recommend that Nancy become a HS art teacher! My daughter and I had a great time and I will be returning. The plastic will be coming off my blank canvas. Thanks Art Studio B! read more

Great place to bring a date to do something different/unique. Also good for bonding with family or friends. Nancy and Mario know how to throw one heck of a fun party - who knew painting and pizza was something everyone should do. Even if you can't paint yourself out of a corner or have never painted on a canvas in your life you will still have a blast. You may even surprise yourself uncovering a hidden talent or pick up a new hobby. Even if you come back with something truly unrecognizable it'll still be fun to show off to family and friends as your own work of art. read more

My sister and I had a great time ~ our evening was at Bootlegger's. It was a wonderful experience, I learned some new techniques and I enjoyed seeing how unique each painting was at the end of the night. We felt like we couldn't do anything wrong and were encouraged to add anything or change our painting up however we wanted. Music was good, beer was yummy, and our instructors were upbeat and fun! This is a really awesome experience. The instrutor walks you through how to do a really nice painting and invites you to make any details or changes that you want. We had Jamie the first time and she was so good that we had to go back a second time, and made sure to get the class she was teaching again. A fun night and I will definitely do it again. read more
