I paid him $2500 deposit up front and he said the fence would be done in 2 weeks. It has now been 3.5 months and I still do not have a finished fence and gate. When I called him weekly to see when he was coming he would say he was coming the next day and then never show up. He would say this for 7 days straight and not show up for weeks. When he did show up he would come for 30 minutes, install one pole and one panel, and then leave and not show up for weeks. I have been very patient and gracious to David but he has proven that he cannot finish the job. On top of that, he has shown unprofessionalism by hanging up on my calls multiple times. At this point in the game, because David does not do what he says and has lied to me about completing the job within the set time, I have no other choice but to hire another company to complete the job. David should give me a partial refund on my deposit because the way he is operating his business is completely unethical and the job has not been done.

Aluminum, steel, stainless steel you name they can make or weld it. I came to Phil with a plastic coolant tank off a Rolls Royce. The tank had a crack along one of the seems. Finding a replacement tank was not an option. The dealership was no longer supplying these tanks. Phil fabricated one from aluminum and had it ready for me within a weeks time.
