Told before doing anything the leak is in my main line, tried to sell me a 9k fix "outside the property of course" where there is no coverage. With is sonar hearing thing he settled on the leak being close to the faucet adjacent to my sprinkler system, he capped it. It did not fix the continuous usage from my water meter . BUT for another 2800 he could probably find the leak? HUH I did not thoroughly check inside my home like he did out side. He really wanted the leak to be outside and not have to go through the Warreny CO. He kept complaining that "its alot of work" So I still have the leak and he disabled my sprinkler system. Shame on this company for allowing customers to be treated this way.

These guys eventually showed up, and I could tell they wanted NOTHING to do with the job. I showed them the leak. They said they would have to contact the warranty company to see if it would be covered. I thought the warranty company did that before sending the business to my residence? Then they said I would need to move my workbench out of the way or they would charge me $250 to move it. I said I had no problem whatsoever moving it myself. They then said they had no phone service and would have to leave the area to contact the warranty company. I asked if I would get a call back. He said yes. I never got a call back from him. Instead, I received a call from another plumber saying the service request was transferred because they don't work on this specific copper plumbing.... WHAT?! I called Automatic Rooter and reminded him he said he would call me back. He didn't. I told him he was completely unprofessional and hung up. He called me back and tried to blame me!!! Extremely Disappointing Experience with Dun-right Plumbing…read more I am compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience with Dunright Plumbing. Yesterday and today, we faced plumbing issues, including a stoppage, a leak inside the wall, and a broken disposal. We called out home waranty and they assign this compnay for us to urgently take care of issue. We were scheduled on Thursday between 8am -4 pm I had to take a day off to be home on that long time frame but nobody showed up nobody called to give us update. When I called around 4 pm on Thursday Theresa was sorry about what happened and we respect that and gave them benefit of doubt and let them to schedule us for today first thing in the morning. Despite a promised early morning appointment between 10-12 today, Dun right Plumbing was a complete no-show again and no call. When we called for an update first she said oh I thought my tech already is there and then she said she will follow up with him but again I didn't hear anything from them, they continually changed the timeframe and failed to uphold their commitments, demonstrating a lack of responsibility and communication. Our attempts to address the situation with Theresa at the store initially seemed promising, but it quickly turned into empty assurances. The repeated delays and unfulfilled promises left us feeling taken advantage of, especially considering we were accommodating and flexible. It appears they played games with our appointment, prioritizing other clients over us. Despite relying on our home warranty for support in such situations, Dunright Plumbing's incompetence and lack of professionalism left us without a resolution. Even our request for the owner's name was denied, reflecting a lack of transparency. Now, it's Friday, and we are forced to seek alternative solutions for our plumbing issues, depriving us of the basic amenities of a functional home until next week. The entire experience has been nothing short of miserable. I share this review to caution other clients about the unreliability and unprofessionalism of Dunright Plumbing. It's crucial for individuals to be aware of who they are entrusting with their plumbing needs, and unfortunately, Dunright Plumbing falls short of meeting those expectations.

Unfortunately, this company is not reputable and the customer experience is terrible…read more I'm not sure why the company owners have gone out of their way to hide their real identities - but I suspect it's not for good reasons. My mistake was hiring them off the sticker we found on our original water heater in the house. We called the number when we needed a repair. I should have checked reviews before hiring them. Please don't make that same mistake. Let me explain my experience and what we've since learned about Best Tec and its manager, Crystal Mollina (aka Crystal Deville). Crystal is neither a considerate nor customer-focused manager. She has a fierce temper and speaks disrespectfully to both clients and her staff (I heard her yelling at one of the technicians while he was trying to assess the situation). She misrepresented the heater we ordered and when we complained the heater wasn't the product expected, she quickly blamed and berated us, then hung up the phone. We paid a lot for the heater Crystal recommended - and when the heater arrived and was the wrong heater, Crystal was startlingly unaccommodating and unwilling to help solve the problem. It's an expensive mistake Crystal made - but we were left out of the money. After being hung up on, we called back and asked to speak to the owner. Crystal picked up the phone and yelled at us for being irresponsible customers. Our experience with herl was uniquely frustrating and troubling (I cannot stress enough how shockingly mean and disrespectful she is to customers) -- I understand the need to want to warn others from experiencing it. We started to do research on Best Tec and discovered many negative reviews here on YELP describing similar experiences. There is another big complaint against Crystal on the BBB (even though Best Tec is not not an accredited BBB company). We searched for Best Tec's owner - and went on a circuitous journey to find it. Best Tec is owned by John Austin Inc., doing business as Best Tec. John Austin (who isn't a person we could find anywhere on the web) is a California Corporation registered in Nevada. (Valerie Mattson Dombrowski, an attorney who also lists her title as VP at Best Tec on her LinkedIn, is the listed corporation agent). There is no Crystal Mollina listed on any LinkedIn or company website. This made sense as we learned that Crystal Mollina is, in fact, Crystal DeVille. Her husband, Robert DeVille, is the owner of John Austin Inc and the construction company, Premier Construction (https://palmdesertbuilder.com). Crystal and Robert are prominently photographed on the Premier Construction site. Premier Construction and John Austin Inc list the same business address as their contact (73950 Dinah Shore Drive, Palm Desert, CA 92211) and have overlapping phone numbers. I have no idea why Best Tec hides its ownership information but I suspect it's tied to Crystal's belligerent behavior toward her customers. The lack of transparency makes it incredibly difficult to file a formal complaint against the company. I cannot stress enough how much I don't recommend working with this company in any capacity. I am surprised that reputable water heating brands have signed with them. They are not a trustworthy business and Ms. Molina - Deville should not be running a customer-facing business. She is incredibly mean to people.

I honestly do not remember the last time I left a negative review on anyone's business page…read more However, I feel like my experience was significant enough to where I needed to share. My HVAC system went out in the summer 2021 and I desperately needed to get a replacement ASAP. Accurate One were the first responders, which I was grateful for. They came and installed the system within two days. Perfect. Everything was fine for about six months. Then clicking noises started happening with the heat pump. This was not normal. Then puffing sounds starting coming from the piping. They came and installed a P trap, which helped with the puffing sounds. However the clicking noises continued. They came out several times and tried easy fixed, all of them failing. I work from home so these noises were very evident, I even recorded them, and played them for the owner and technicians. After multiple visits from them, they just kind of said, "We don't know what's wrong." Then my calls started to go unanswered or I would get late responses. It just felt like they got their money and that's all they cared about. If I'm paying $8500 for an HVAC system, I better not hear any unusual noises from that unit. I should only hear air blowing. Flash forward to June 2024...my tenant called me telling me they there is no cold air. I had a reputable company come out, and they told me the condenser's motor went out. They also informed me that the outside unit I had was a cheap unit from China. I ended up having to replace the whole unit. They put in a brand new Lennox condenser. Then, cut to December 2024...the heat pump wasn't putting out heat. The unit wasn't working properly and failing. Long story, I had to replace that heat pump as well. Also, replaced with a Lennox brand. So, in less than four years, I've spent just over $21,000 on two HVAC systems. This is not counting service visits. However, I trust the new company I'm using now. And I'm confident I will have a HVAC system that will last for many many years. Again, I hate leaving bad reviews, but I just spent a ton of money on a job that wasn't done properly the first time. I felt taken advantage of, and that sucks. And what's worse is that I recommended this company to close friends of mine, who also bought a new HVAC system from them. I just hope their unit lasts longer than mine did. So, if you're considering this company, do your due diligence and your research. Get multiple quotes, ask a lot of questions. I don't want anyone to go through what I had to go through.
