A couple of weeks later, there was a particular watch I wanted to buy my wife for our anniversary, I texted Karan and he happened to have just that watch in stock. I needed some special handling with the shipment, and even though he was out sick, Karan made it happen flawlessly. I've purchased watches at stores locally here in Silicon Valley, and no purchase matched the service I received at Horologio and specifically from Karan. Not sure why I would ever buy one locally again, when I can get anything I want overnighted from Horologio. Karan was an interesting and very knowledgeable person and if I lived in Las Vegas I am sure I would stop by the store regularly. I recommend 100%!

Where to begin...? I have bought several -- 3 -- luxury timepieces from this store in Las Vegas…read more Nothing special comparatively but they were significant for me. A Tudor and Ulysse Nardin for a milestone birthday and an Omega Speedmaster for my father's 70th when he visited from out of town. All 3 timepieces were purchased from the same sales associate. This associate had worked for the boutique for 12 years. He held himself to be many things, liar wasn't voluntarily advertised but turns out to be the best description I can offer in arrears of knowing him. The shortest version I can present is that this associate -- who has been terminated "having nothing to do with my complaints" (sure) -- presented himself as a person with immense "professional" connections to difficult to procure brands (Rolex, patek) and offered to take a deposit to facilitate the near-immediate purchase of a watch I was already on several AD waitlists for. He alluded to the fact that this was through his employment with Horologio. Two years later, in realizing this was clearly a scam. I solicited help from Horologio ownership/management, Christine Sidoris, who wasted roughly an hour of my time to tell me nothing more than, how stupid could you be? And, I'm not sure how we could possibly help. We've recently terminated that person so there's nothing we can do...etc My suggestion was that she might do a better character analysis when appointing someone to running a luxury watch boutique for a dozen years. The probability that I am 1 of what she described as "thousands" of repeat patrons to be solicited to a scam by a person representing themselves to be a representative of this boutique is negligibly above 0%. There are so many great boutiques run by reputable ownership that can reliably stand behind the fine watches they sell. In 3 purchases, I have had problems with 2 -- 1 is never worn so it'll difficult to go 3/3. I asked for help warrantying a strap for a Tudor and you'd think I asked for a refund and buffet coupon. I will give Christine credit for following up. I'm near certain it was to prevent the reputational fallout of my reporting the full details of my experience to the BBB and Las Vegas Police. Also, it's been a while since a stranger treated my ASD as handicap, but that was a fun twist as well. Steer away -- this is a hornets nest of headaches and they act like they're the last shop selling tap water in the desert. Reply to business owner comments: Awesome stuff; abusiness owner I've never met or spoken with (no idea who "Ezra B." is) discussing publicly the details (made up) of a private conversation. I'll assume this is Christine Sodaris (Ezra B. haha) who is fudging quit a few details -- including her name (odd twist) -- of a lengthy evening diatribe wherein she, not shockingly in retrospect, deflected responsibility for staffing her "boutique" with at least one lying charlatan. I would go so far as to say this isn't just a potentially unpleasant experience, it's dangerous. I have opened dialogue with the watch brands I have bought there -- 3, learn to count -- in efforts to verify the authenticity of my purchases. So, as excited as I remain for a fabricated response from a person I've never met or talked to, I'll just echo my previous sentiment and you can risk your capital buying generically available timepieces if you absolutely must get rid of blackjack winnings -- shop elsewhere. We can all agree, a secondary response to a repeat consumer (valued customer?) from whoever Ezra B might be, is just a cry for help. The End

Rolex at The Wynn Hotel was where I felt the need to splurge and treat myself to one of the finest time pieces on the planet. I was looking for watch that reflected my personality, arrogance and desire for the finest things in life. Located in the causeway at the Wynn Hotel shops is where I walked into for that experience on the way to lunch. Upon entering I was greeted by a gentleman named Qusey ( BTW he didn't give me the stink eye since I wasn't in Wall Street 3 piece suit ) and asked if he could assist me. I said give me a moment to gather my thoughts and he obliged. After 5 or 10 minutes of eyeing my choices I then asked for further assistance. I pointed to 6 watches of my desire and he laid them out for me. One by one I tried each watch one on and till I decided on two that I would want. I snapped a few photographs of each watch on my wrist to help decide which timepiece was for me. After much deliberating I made my decision and settled on the GMT Black Dial. Great for everyday wear and yard work. My next indulgence a few months later was Da Bling watch an 18K Gold with diamond crusted bezel DAY DATE, and damn it looks spectacular. My 3rd piece was a steel Daytona 3 weeks later from Qusey. I'm so happy with my choices and the service I received. Just a note Qusey causally mentioned to me that if he shipped the watches to my residence so I could avoid paying the sales tax and he would provide free shipping. Well, that was it "Cha Ching" he made a sale and now I have 3 new Rolex watches for my collection. Now that I'm a player they move you into another room for some personal pampering while they fit your watch, offer you a beverage, kiss your a$$ and yes take your money. Qusey gave me all my paperwork and thanked me for my patronage. I then shook his hand and shared my thoughts on his professionalism and kindness. Now it was off to lunch with a huge smile on my face. Now the next day the amazing guy texted me a "Thank You" which was appreciated. In this day and age Qusey proved customer service still alive and well. You're the best my friend. We remained friends and purchased several other pieces from him over the next several years. It's unfortunate but Qusey has moved on but yet another mensch took over my account and that's MANNY.... He's taken over and became my new AD and has acquired me several new time pieces for my collection. Recently for my birthday recently he was able to get me the coveted ROLEX GMT ( Red / Blue ) bezel aka "THE PEPSI" and this year " I GOT THE CALL " for a piece I waited 5 years for and that's the ROLEX OYSTERFLEX DAYTONA named " THE GHOST " ... It touched my heart he got these for me and I'm forever grateful for Manny and his professionalism, he's a good man. I look forward to many more years of working with him & Watches of Switzerland.
