Called them to get a quote on a repair. They were very nice and professional. Took my friend's bracelet there and the price changed from what they advised me of over the phone. I will still return there because they were friendly and courteous. I just didn't like that they seemed to be dishonest about the pricing up front otherwise I would've given a 5 star. My delicate gold chain bracelet got caught on a door handle and snapped off. I googled jewelry repair and this place came up with high ratings. Called them at 12pm, went in at 12:30pm, bracelet was back on my wrist perfectly fixed by 1pm. Very straight forward place. Paid $35 for the service and couldn't be happier! They didn't give me any receipts or anything so I'm guessing it's just an honor system? Either way, anytime any of my delicate jewelry pieces snap, this will be my go to place! My wife and I were referred to Artash Jewels to evaluate a flaw that was found with the original casting of my grand-fathers ring during a recent appraisal from the The Diamond Grader. We were greeted by Artash after we arrived and got down to business. I explained that a casting flaw had been discovered and it was suggested that a repair might be needed. He took a look at the ring and discovered that the flaw was larger than initially found. He gave me a few repair options discussing the pros and cons of each. I had a fantastic experience at Artash Jewels. Art and his wife Suzy were very kind and helpful. He made a custom silver butterfly slider to put on a bracelet I made for my best friend with thyroid cancer and did it in a rush for a fair price to complete it in time for her birthday. I came in to get my battery changed for my Citizens watch. This is the second time I've been in this place. The guy looked at it and recommended that he will try charging it first with their special light instead of replacing the battery. He called a couple days later and said it's almost fully charged and I could pick it up. Came in and pick it up. I wasn't charged anything. I insisted on paying but he didn't want it.
