I purchased a watch on December 28 and was charged $300 for an additional strap that was promised within four weeks. I never received the strap, any update, or even a courtesy call. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, my texts went unanswered, and I was told they were "never received" -- which is hard to believe given how responsive the salesperson was prior to the purchase. My buddy likes Omega. I am glad this place had some stock on hand and definitely like their window display. Right now there is a shortage of product because of the past year and COVID. Not many making watches last year so there is a shortage and thus the price and supply goes up. The Swatch Omega watch went out of stock as soon as it was released. Of course it is lower in price than a regular Omega but many want the collaboration watch just the same. I was looking for a James Bond 60th anniversary Seamaster and got jerked around by several other stores on The Strip. I decided to call this Omega store at the Bellagio and I spoke with Yi. Unlike other stores that told me I had to be an established Omega client, Yi told me no problem and took my info down. A week later I just picked up my new Bond watch! I've always wanted a Seamaster since I was a kid, and I finally made that dream come true a couple days ago during my most recent Vegas trip. Appointments aren't necessary, but recommended, because it increases your chances of making sure they have the timepiece you want to buy in stock. Because of COVID, the store's max occupancy is 6 people at any given time. Masks are mandatory, and hand sanitizing is required before even setting foot in the boutique. Walked in to the Omega Boutique at Bellagio with the intent to already buy the Deville for my mom. We just arrived an hour before from LA and I was excited for my mom to own her first luxury watch. I wanted her to have the experience of buying a branded watch- it's not cheap- and for people to buy a branded watch during a pandemic is a big deal. But she's 71 yrs old and she deserves it. Sarah was our Sales Associate and she was great and very pleasing. However when it was time to pay, the Assistant Manager ruined the experience and mood. I feel like we were profiled by the Assistant Store Manager- Joel Bonilla. We weren't wearing anything fancy. Plain Jane folks here. Right when we were about to pay he mentioned to Sarah we should be charged LA tax instead of Las Vegas tax. It doesn't make sense to me. I've purchase numerous luxury items in Vegas and never was I charged a "destination tax" even with buying Rolex, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc. Plus those other stores really made the experience more pleasurable for us. If you're working with high end customer service job you need to have a pleasing personality. On top of it, he seemed very surprised we were staying at Bellagio and asked how how much the rates are going for the hotel atm. Which I believe shouldn't have been asked- you work inside Bellagio and the room rates is something you need to look up. Our rooms were comp so I wouldn't know, but the fact he asked I think is rude. She just offered to let me try on several different watches and let me know that they offer financing and tax savings if they shipped the watch back home to me. That sold me! They offered me champagne while selecting the right watch, getting it sized, and completing the cleaning of my husband's. I LOVE my Omega, and felt like they took really great care of me. The Polish slag is very rude. My boyfriend came in to buy a moon watch and she sat there playing on her phone as we waited to be helped. She only came over to help us when the other worker returned into the shop. My BF had the watch all picked out and was ready to pay but asked if she could switch the bracelets because he wanted to wear it out with the strap. After receiving horrendous service at Tourneau, my girlfriend and I walked into the Omega boutique after dinner at the Bellagio. We were immediately greeted by the staff and assisted by Ling. Ling did not hesitate in showing me the particular model (Seamaster 300m Co-Axial) and explaining a bit of the history of the model. She was very concise and articulate, and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I was not able to purchase the watch that night due to some technical issues with getting in contact with the creditors. However, Ling apologized and offered me to return the following day, which I did and was immediately taken care of yet again upon stepping into the store. I'm glad to say I'm now a very content Omega watch owner, and a huge part of that reason is due to Ling's amazing customer service. I came here during my Christmas vacation and I was in the market buying a new time piece for myself. When I walked in I was greeted by the store associates, all of a sudden this fantastic time piece caught my eye Michael Schumacher carbon fiber dial. At first I have no clue who Michael Schumacher is but I know it has to do with racing cars. Anyways I purchased the time piece for almost 7K the downside was that the boutique does not offer any cleaning service when you purchased a time piece. In my opinion shelling out 7K at least polish my freaking time piece for me. In the end I was very happy with my purchased because my new time piece is eye catching and very attractive. The collection of watches and jewelry the store has is extensive, and the workers there are very accommodating, especially the gentleman by the name of Khai. He is well-informed on every last detail of each watch I asked about - I focused mainly on the Constellation collection because all of the watches looked stunning, both in the case and on my wrist - and has a patient demeanor. I was disappointed in the service I received. Unfortunately, there are no other official Omega shops in town and I wanted to have my watch serviced directly with them instead of by a third party. The staff on the night I went in seemed short-tempered, pre-occupied with the other, singular, and seemingly-more-important customer in the store (all three of the staff were waiting on him), and when I finally interjected and asked to be helped I got the girl who apparently doesn't speak english.
