They also should put a SIGN at the entrance because the 2 dogs are right at the front door and they look scary and I didn't want to enter!! NO apologies whatsoever... just "MAY I HELP YOU?" I explained my purpose and She send the gentleman that I knew for many years. Old sweet man that took the time to explain the outcome of engraving a pen: 1. The letters will expose the metal 2. The letter will expose part of the metal underneath 3. The letters will NOT expose ANY and will not be seen. IT IS AT YOUR RISK! I appreciated the detailed explanation and decided to order. After 2 days, I was surprised by the outcome!! A disproportioned engraving, letters NO centered and the numbers were so close together that they became attached and not able to read. A fine pen has been ruined! To make it worst, they were two of them, one for my wife, and one for me. Her is a little better but also unfinished letters, also NOT centered. I would expect a better outcome coming from a business that has been doing plaques for years! As you can see, the C & A 35 is horrible. Nothing to do at this time.

I bought them on a Friday night and gave them out to my girls on Sunday morning. Tell me why by Monday morning I'm getting text that the SILVER bracelets are turning BLACK!!!! I look at mine and same thing has happened. My mom went to the mall to confront them but she said she needed all the bracelets back..... bitch. There's TEN of them and my girls are all over Dade county, Broward county, and in Texas. We sent her photos and still she wanted them back. She said we shouldn't put perfume or shower with them on.... FIRST this was never mentioned or I wouldn't have bought them to begin with. SECOND I can only speak for my mother and I, we don't wear perfume ever and we take off jewelry to shower!!! Long story short, I purchased them through cashapp which was a HUGE mistake (aside from purchasing anything from her) because cashapp won't fight for you. Lesson learned. I can only request a refund and she declined it. What a joke. Thinking back, I feel like they asked me to pay cashapp KNOWING this was going to be a problem (a scam). I'm 8.5 months pregnant, moving to a new place, and have way more important things to do than run around collecting 10 tarnished bracelets. The least this women could've done was refund me in full or at least half of my purchase. Now I will make it a point to post this on every platform.
