Frank came out with his crew removed everything and put new sod down couple days after they laid the sod I noticed dead spots or what I thought was dead spots all over the yard. Frank came out took a look at it and he said looks like it's fungus. He came back out multiple times spreading fungicide on the yard and after about two weeks, I noticed a dead patch next to my sidewalk Frank replaced that and no extra charge constantly checking back with me to make sure everything was OK. Finally got the fungus under control. Frank is still gonna come out. Put down some more fertilizer. This company will go beyond the scope of service for you. He doesn't come and does his work and leave. He follows up and make sure it's to you're liking. You cannot go wrong using hats off landscaping.

Me and Javier negotiated a price of $750 for him to finish the border of the concrete around my…read moreentire property between the concrete and the fence line which was roughly about 6 inches to 10 inches around the whole perimeter of my backyard. The back of my backyard butts up against the street and they really was no dirt for the rock to sit on. Javier knew to put dirt and fill that area so the new rock would not fall out between my property and the rear fence. After the winter, all the rock started coming out the back of the property onto the street because Javier never put any dirt underneath it where he was supposed to. I sent him photos and asked him if he would fix this and he denied it and said that he put dirt there when you can clearly see there is no dirt there. Now all the rock is falling out. After he told me he put the dirt there I went and really looked again really hard and already knew there was none there and then sent the video showing Javier that there was no dirt. After that, Javier never responded and will not answer my calls. Would not recommend him. I have to put one star to post the review otherwise I would put zero sad to say. Javier seemed like a really nice guy at first.
