    This company has terrible business practices, They handout improper Violations even when they have approved the things that they are handing out Violations for, I was having Gutters installed and while the gutters were being installed the Artemis Agent stopped and saw the installers and still gave me a violation for a "Downed waterspout on my gutter", he stopped and literally saw the installer but still gave me the violation, Everrette is unprofessional and if you attempt to email him regarding these violations because they are improper he will write back stating that you are harassing him.

    This community management company is a ripoff at Villa Sol in Kissimmee , FL! They allow towing truck busi to take it upon themselves to tow owners and visitors vehicle! watch out! Thw Board of Directors play favoritism, are inconsistent, and they pick and choose what they want to manage. They do minimal for the amount we homeowners pay. I have owned my home since 2010 and this is the worst I've ever seen it!

    I will not be able to recommend this management company to anyone in the future…read more I engaged Peggy for tenant placement services based on a referral from my agent, who assisted me in purchasing my first investment property in Orlando, as I reside out of state. My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.

    I would give this management company a zero star if I could. Our community has had a few management…read morecompanies by far this has been the worst experience. CMA now has Sentry managed our subdivision or condo association for approximately three and a half to four years. Initially, we had **** as our manager, and she did an excellent job of communicating effectively and ensuring that deadlines were met. However, things took a turn for the worse when they decided to switch our association over to another manager. Under the new manager, **** the property was managed in a state of disrepair. For instance, several of our invoices, including our water bill, were not paid. As a result, our water was shut off, and our LGE electric bill for the outside lights and garages were also cut off. There were at least four to six unpaid invoices that she claimed were due to mail not arriving, even though she should have been doing check and balances, ensuring all invoices were paid. Furthermore, she neglected the community. She only conducted drive-bys in her SUV of the community, as if she didn't like being in our part of town. This limited her ability to really access the community and see the deficiencies that needed to be repaired. Additionally, several issues remained unaddressed, such as the porch and balcony situations, the siding on our property, and dumpster problems. The property has been neglected and is in a state of disrepair due to the mismanagement of Sentry and our property manager.

    I inially called TCC because I thought they did property management…read more Hannah Ruddy, Office Manager - Broker's Assistant, took my call. Now, mind you? Hurricane Ian was on its way into town. Think she might've had a lot on her plate? Me too. And yet, she took the time to listen patiently to my needs - even asking a few questions to clarify certain points - prior to letting me know her company no longer provided management services. You're wondering why she would do that, right? I mean, why just not tell me that wasn't what they did and wish me good luck? That's what every other company did. But, nope, I had come upon a real professional and, beyond that, a kind human being. Hannah gave me the name and number of a top-notch property management company and even sent me a follow up email regarding the referral. She also personally called the property management company and sent them an email as well. Talk about customer service! "Please let me know how it goes, Robin. I'm here for you." Read that sentence again and realize this woman wasn't getting a sale or commission of any kind. Let that sink in. As things would have it, the initial referral didn't go as planned. Once again, I phoned Hannah. Once again Hannah patiently took the call despite Ian being on her doorstep at that point. Hannah researched other options for me while she was AT HOME DURING A HURRICANE. I mean, it's ridiculous. But she felt that much of a need to make sure we were okay. I know, I know, I'm shaking my head as well. A second conversation between her and another property manager. A second phone conversation with me. More emails. The whole level of human kindness is beyond. When was the last time YOU got that level of service anywhere? And, remember, the woman wasn't even getting paid. Are you kidding me??? We're good to go with this second property management company all due to Hannah. It's the best fit for us right now, given the economy. But hear me loud and clear - if we decide to sell this home after the rental is up next year, there will be no other Realtors to get our business than TCC. NONE. These are the type of people you want working with you. Decent. Kind. Professional. You're in good hands with these folks, folks. Look no further.

    Jeanine and her crew have been just so helpful during the process of buying our new home. And it…read morehasn't been easy dealing with things that pop up from over 3000 miles away. When I went to Florida during the inspection period, Jeanine took my son and I on a two hour ride about the entire housing area (Harmony, Florida) in her golf cart. It was totally beyond the call of duty and just wonderful. She has answered my constant emails and texts promptly throughout the process. While we haven't closed quite yet, I wanted to offer my thanks now and add more to this later. Thank you Jeanine!
