Carson City Florist's owner, Tom Jones refused to refund any of our money. He claimed it was not his fault due to errors made by Walton's Funeral Home. However, his story includes the fact that he misdelivered the floral arrangements to the wrong casket, and failed to confirm the name of the person in the casket, who was not our mother, which was clearly listed on his work order. None of that is due to any fault of ours. We are simply a family in mourning. We can't re-do the burial. We should at the very least receive a refund. Walton's Funeral Home offered to refund us their cost of the burial service, $595. We felt that was fair and accepted their offer. Carson City Florist Tom Jones refuses to even discuss refunding us the balance of $308.84. He stated outright that he will not refund any amount without us taking him to court. Small claims court costs $111 to file, plus the cost of a process server. To date, we have not received an apology nor a refund in any amount for products and services that we paid for and never received from Carson City Florist.

She advised when placing her order that the flowers need to be blues and whites, as her late husbands wishes. They sent cream and lavender, highlighted with greenery. This arrangement arrived the morning of the event, so my mother called the store to see what can be done and spoke with a clerk who actually had the nerve to argue with her ! When we got there the owner, Julie was standing on the porch painting the most incredible Floral I've ever seen, her artwork is just spectacular. We went inside and the house goes forever, all kinds of rooms and little alcove filled with the most amazing antiques and collectibles plus beautiful items for the house. My daughter-in-law bought an iron stone soap, dish, and found out that August 14 and 15th will be a big sale there 50% off everything in the store. The staging of the items is beautiful, lovely touches everywhere. If you are into all kinds of beautiful things and antiques collectibles and things to decorate your home with, I would suggest you go there. Make sure you have plenty of time because there's so much to look at so many beautiful things.

I have bridesmaids who are passionate about floral arrangements (I know very little about it) and they were blown away and called them best flowers they have ever seen at a wedding. Everyone who saw the flowers raved about them, and they truly made a huge impact at our wedding. I was converted from being skeptical about why you should spend so much of your budget on flowers, to being completely converted. Sharon executed on our vision and color scheme perfectly when she just had a few Pinterest photos and vague ideas from us to go off of. The only minor caveat about working with Sharon is that she didn't always respond with the professionalism that we expected. Unfortunately one of the boutonnieres we ordered wasn't included on the day of, so my husband's step-dad had to go without. Sharon tried to tell us that it was our fault and the order was wrong, even though the order clearly stated the correct number. It wasn't a big deal, but her response was a little frustrating. This wasn't the only case where we left a conversation with Sharon feeling a bit stressed out by her tone and the way she handled the situation - although for every one of those, there was a conversation where Sharon was very nice and went out of her way to put us at ease. I get the sense that (like many artists) she is particular and takes great pride in her work, and as a result can get a bit flustered during the busy wedding season. In the end, none of it was a big deal or even enough to make me change a 5-star rating. The flowers were insanely gorgeous. Sharon really believes in delivering a great product, and on top of that she was so kind to accommodate us reusing the floral arrangements for our brunch! I would still book Sharon again knowing what I know now, and just understand that despite the minor communication hiccups (probably my own personality is a factor as well!) the end result is completely, absolutely worth it!

I am writing this review with deep frustration & disappointment following an extremely…read moreunprofessional & harassing experience involving Flowers Amor & their fulfillment partner, From-You-Flowers. I have ordered from From-You-Flowers multiple times in the past with no issues. This time, I purchased a "Deluxe" bouquet for $77.07 as a special surprise for my wife. When my wife brought them inside and she sent me a picture, it was clear this was not a deluxe arrangement. It contained only three roses, one or two carnations, & clearly resembled a basic bouquet, nowhere near worth the premium price. I contacted From-You-Flowers immediately. They apologized & offered a redelivery, which I declined because the surprise was already ruined. They then offered a credit for a future order, which I accepted. Instead, they issued a refund. Three days later, an older woman from Flowers Amor called my wife (the recipient) directly, not me, the purchaser, in a rude & aggressive tone. She falsely claimed I had canceled the order & demanded the flowers back, stating angrily that she would come to my wife's home to retrieve them. My wife & I were both on the call, shocked by the hostility. When the woman called my wife initially, she criticized From-You-Flowers, saying "they are the worst company to order from." But continuing to harass the recipient of a gift by threatening to show up at their home three days later is completely unacceptable and deeply disturbing. If you were upset with the resolution, take it up with the company you allow orders from. In my 33 years, I have never experienced such unprofessional & aggressive treatment from a florist. I have previously avoided Flowers Amor on delivery platforms due to their high prices & reviews of poor quality. This incident confirms that decision. Their behavior reflects poorly on this company. I will never order from From-You-Flowers again if they are using Flowers Amor to fulfill orders & I strongly advise others to stay away. No customer, or gift recipient, should endure this kind of harassment. Flowers Amor should be ashamed of their shameful service and attitude.
