Brigid truly cares about what you want, honestly loves her job and does everything she can to create your vision. Everything that I had dreamt of, and everything from my Pinterest, she brought to life. I want to say it was exactly what I imagined, but actually, it wasn't... it was infinitely more and so much better!! I interviewed 3 other vendors before Brigid, all with a ton of 5 star Yelp reviews, a ton of IG posts and very social media savvy. When I met with Brigid, she was down to earth, took her job seriously, and really listened to what I wanted. She didn't have a huge online presence but I booked her anyway because of her personality, her vibe and her pricing. Brigid knew I loved flowers, so she offered to meet me at the Reno flower Mart a few weeks beforehand to check out flowers, colors, greenery, etc. We had coffee and chatted about every single detail. Not only did I have so much fun doing this with her, but it goes to show you how much personal service you get when you book with her and how exact she is in making sure she gets your flowers right! (Side note, you obviously don't have to do this if you're not into it. Im obsessed with flowers so Brigid was kind enough to let me tag along. But I'm sure you can just as easily describe your vision to her on the phone and I'm 200% confident that she'll get it right for you!) Anyways, the flowers on the day of were breathtaking!!!!! The floral Arch was such a show stopper. Every single flower in there was in a water tube. The detail was just mind blowing. My bouquet was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen... And I'm not just saying that because it was mine! Lol. We also had stunning garlands, gorgeous cocktail arrangements and more. Another show stopper were the arrangements she had put in our hexagonal gold glass terrariums. I have no idea how she got such beautiful arrangements in there. Everything was just insane and lasted for days afterwards! She was very meticulous and everything was very high quality. Basically what I'm trying to say is Brigid is everything you want in a wedding vendor!!! I consider myself so lucky to have found Brigid and Artemisia Floral and I cannot recommend them enough! She was very understanding with my last minute delivery request and though they close on Saturdays at noon, she made sure to get my order delivered before 1 to the location of the memorial. I have ordered from From-You-Flowers multiple times in the past with no issues. This time, I purchased a "Deluxe" bouquet for $77.07 as a special surprise for my wife. When my wife brought them inside and she sent me a picture, it was clear this was not a deluxe arrangement. It contained only three roses, one or two carnations, & clearly resembled a basic bouquet, nowhere near worth the premium price. I contacted From-You-Flowers immediately. They apologized & offered a redelivery, which I declined because the surprise was already ruined. They then offered a credit for a future order, which I accepted. Instead, they issued a refund. Three days later, an older woman from Flowers Amor called my wife (the recipient) directly, not me, the purchaser, in a rude & aggressive tone. She falsely claimed I had canceled the order & demanded the flowers back, stating angrily that she would come to my wife's home to retrieve them. My wife & I were both on the call, shocked by the hostility. When the woman called my wife initially, she criticized From-You-Flowers, saying "they are the worst company to order from." But continuing to harass the recipient of a gift by threatening to show up at their home three days later is completely unacceptable and deeply disturbing. If you were upset with the resolution, take it up with the company you allow orders from. In my 33 years, I have never experienced such unprofessional & aggressive treatment from a florist. I have previously avoided Flowers Amor on delivery platforms due to their high prices & reviews of poor quality. This incident confirms that decision. Their behavior reflects poorly on this company. I will never order from From-You-Flowers again if they are using Flowers Amor to fulfill orders & I strongly advise others to stay away. No customer, or gift recipient, should endure this kind of harassment. Flowers Amor should be ashamed of their shameful service and attitude. She went above and beyond over and over again, including personally picking up our flower girl basket from my mother-in-law the day before the wedding, dropping off (free!) flowers so that my mother-in-law could decorate our cake with them, throwing in a few little outdoor centerpieces for our cocktail tables at no extra charge (after personally consulting with me and sharing her honest opinion about the venue, and weather or not we needed outdoor centerpieces), and working with my father-in-law to decorate the arbor after he finished setting it up at our venue the morning of the wedding. During the planning process, she asked ALL the right questions so that she knew exactly what I wanted for the flowers, and they were absolutely, completely PERFECT. I can't stress that enough. I am so, so glad I didn't settle for the first few florists that I came across, and instead held out for the one who would make me feel so truly happy on my wedding day. We drove down curry and I had seen this adorable house with incredible things outside and so we stopped to visit. When we got there the owner, Julie was standing on the porch painting the most incredible Floral I've ever seen, her artwork is just spectacular. We went inside and the house goes forever, all kinds of rooms and little alcove filled with the most amazing antiques and collectibles plus beautiful items for the house. My daughter-in-law bought an iron stone soap, dish, and found out that August 14 and 15th will be a big sale there 50% off everything in the store. The staging of the items is beautiful, lovely touches everywhere. If you are into all kinds of beautiful things and antiques collectibles and things to decorate your home with, I would suggest you go there. Make sure you have plenty of time because there's so much to look at so many beautiful things.
