We have a family coastal cottage which needed to be revamped and brought into the 21st century. Amy was so kind and thoughtful about trying to keep the sentimentality of our family home along with trying to please two other families besides myself. This process went on for almost a month before we made the final purchases. Amy and her managers worked with us and NEVER ever put any pressure on us. His workers emptied out the units, loaded what I want to keep into my truck and the rest into theirs, and then swept the units out so they were ready to turn back over to the storage unit management. Don't trust Esty' How is it possible that they can keep changing the price on my credit card account. I knew better then ordering through this company i had been warned by many friends. But the darn heart was perfect . AND they never answer the phone, they make it very hard to complain and ask for a refund. Scamers they are!
