Stay away from this office. I'm a retired dentist, and I know how a well run practice operates. This place is production centered, not patient centered. I went for an initial exam. They take X-rays, tell you what's wrong, tell you to schedule injections and how much it will cost, make an appointment, and shove you out the door. There's never an opportunity to ask questions about anything. The day of the procedure they texted to cancel the appointment (no phone call), and never contacted me to reschedule (I wasn't going anyway). I've never felt more like just a number. read more

Friendly staff convenient location. I came here to see if I could find an alternative route to having a knee replacement. I have had Cortizone injections and the gel injections.I brought with me an MRI of my left knee along with a lumbar spine MRI. They didn't have to actually look at the MRIs, they could've just read the reports. They have their own procedure and do not deviate from it. I fill out a form That nobody reads, which is kind of the way of life in any doctors office today you keep answering questionnaires, but everybody re-asked you the questions that you've already answered. What upset me about the office is, which I eventually walked out of because I felt so uncomfortable, they had no interest in looking at any prior records. I understand they do their own x-rays prior to the injections, which I guess it's similar to a candy bar assortment. I guess I'll never know. They seem to me to be more like a chiropractic office where your chiropractor has a wellness section with various vitamins and supplements. I am actually having a hard time explaining the uncomfortableness of the office. I go to a doctor to have them diagnose and see what he can do to help me with my pain, but this place seems to have the treatment and they see if you fit into their treatment. I guess that's the best way I can explain it and it doesn't fit my idea of going to a doctors office. I could never recommend this place and I would not return. read more

I am a retired R.N. I feel I had to write this to educate people of what this place is all about. I would like to stop people from wasting their time, money/energy, and or insurance, This place has a system, more like a scam to make money. There is absolutely no reason to get shots of toradol for pain, and not just the knee that is bothering you, but they feel you have to do both. I spoke to a physiatrist and an orthopedist,. said it was not necessary as a prerequisite. Its totally not necessary to get 5 shots of the synovial fluid as well. If u want an assembly line of x-rays, which I guess is needed, again they do both, (that's free) . Then moved to a room to get pre shots of pain meds, and spaced apart over two weeks. Then moved to a room to go over a brace or braces on both knees whether you need them or not, then set up 5 weekly appointments to get gel shots in both knees, again whether is just one knee bothering you, or two..This is the place for you, so your insurance will be billed separately, for each item. Think about it, ask questions. Why would you get shots in a knee that is not causing you any problems.? While the staff maybe nice , its all a subterfuge. Save yourself the time/energy, and go to an orthopedist, not just a radiologist, They will do an extensive consult, xrays or MRI, and in the end you just have to get ONE SHOT, not 5. I am disabled and scheduled an appointment to see a doctor on my lunch break. Having traveled more then 15 miles i had experienced unexpected traffic and difficulty finding the building number. Once arrived, the inside of the building was beautiful. On arrival I was informed that I could not be seen for my 12:30 appointment due to arriving at 12:45. The office was not accommodating to me as a new patients in need of help. The front desk receptionist appeared to be very satisfied and happy about me leaving. read more

Shot will seem to help immediately, because pain is dulled by a med. added to gel. I believe, don't be fooled, it won't last. I went for the gel injections several times (both knees) finally had one knee replaced, at 1500 per knee per shot what a racket. Would be worth it if it worked, in my case, I was better off with deep knee messages or have it replaced. read more

All-around excellence is my impression of the entire staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and caring. Exactly what you hope for when seeking medical attention but rarely find elsewhere. All the professional staff takes the time to give explanations and helpful advice as well as answering your questions. There's plenty of convenient parking right in front of the door. In my opinion this medical facility is probably the best I've ever encountered. I'm certain that many other folks with bad knees feel the same way about coming here for treatment because it seems to be a very busy place! read more

This is the worst medical office in the world of medical offices. First, lets start with the staff. They for one should not be in customer service. They dont even know how to make an appt. or talk to a client. A simply qiestion of what is your name and they refuse to answer. Second, the doctor is never in the office. The make an appt. you drive all the way there (they are located in central jersey) for us north jersey its a distance) just to be told the doctor isnt in. No apology, no phone call, no sorry I wasted your time. They dont care what other doctors say, all they are interested in is giving you a shot saying it may or may not work and taking your money. Which brings me to the Third, they can not even get the cost correct. Same shot could cost you $1000.00 one day, $750.00 the next day and $300 another. When you ask they cost difference no one has an answer. They look at each other like oops did I read this person file wrong. Dont waste your money, or travel or any thoughts on this place. I will be contacting the BBB. Someone needs to make sure these are even legit doctors. read more

I'm not a doctor person but had to do something about my knees. I didn't want surgery so tried this. Dr. Frank is wonderful never felt any pain from the injections. The staff is kind and helpful. They helped me walk to and from the rooms. I'd recommend this location. read more

terrible !!! run away as fast as you can. the following is my personal experience with this so called knee center. i went for initial consultation they reviewed all my records and gave me my 1st shot which i paid for.i was directed to come back the following week for my second shot, came for shot and i was told could not receive shot because i had a gel shot administered before i came to them and there was a waiting period.nurse told me to come back in 3 months to get 2nd shot,they could have called and told me not to come instead i drove one and a half hours for nothing!! came back in three months for appointment that they made and was told they were mistaken again and could not give shot for another three months and again wasted one and a half hours for nothing!!! this time my appointment came and called to confirm that everything was ok before i came,i called 5 times in 2 weeks prior to appointment with no return call back.i came to find out this office has no direct line the only way to contact is to leave a message with call center or go there in person!! last call to call center i got very nasty with them and to my surprise i got a call back from office because i was rude to call center. i was informed that i would not be able to get shot because the doctor is having problems with blue cross,it seems the doctor is not a general practitioner but a radiologist!! and they will not pay out claims.the whole situation seems very sketchy from not being able to talk to office,not getting calls to cancel,a doctor who the insurance is saying not to give shots(the place is also run down and a little dirty) and finally if i did not call i would again have gone for nothing.final thought they told me i could not receive a shot within 6 months of a gel shot but had had my records and gave me the first shot by mistake,i'll have to call someone to see if they did any damage to my knee!!!! by the way second time i was there an 80 year old came with her son and drove 3 hrs only to be told doctor was not in today.stay away!!!! wall new jersey office read more
