I am still waiting for them to call in a prescription for me a week later and still nothing, when I finally get someone on the phone the excuse is, they are slammed. All doctors offices are busy but customer is still present. Edit: Soon after my original review (on Google), the office manager called me to apologize for the terrible customer service that I experienced. A few days later, I recieved a letter in the mail (see photo) that I have been cut off in the middle of treatment by Dr. Lee. I couldn't believe how unprofessional this was. Completely unethical.
