He rushed in, in late aftenoon , looked like he was late for a dinner date, called for a nurse, didn't give my mother any warning, yanked it out of her head, with her screaming in pain, and was gone. No sutures, no dressing placed on this open wound communicating to her brain. She was transferred later that evening out of ICU, and within 24 hours had developed meningitis and returned to ICU. I insisted I didn't want Rosario anywhere near her, and the neurologist in charge of Regional's ICU agreed to oversee her care. I'm still in shock from this unbelievably negligent care she received. maybe he's more professional with his own patients but I'd never risk it, myself.

Nov 2025 I've had a…read morework related neck injury since May 2024. I had 4 ruptured discs as a result of the injury. Because work comp took so long, I also developed bone spurs. Despite my QME stating my injury was indeed work related, they still denied all my treatment including a recommendation by the work comp neurosurgeon for surgery. Work comp also denied my appeal. As of date, work comp still has not approved my surgery. I've been in so much pain for the past 16 months and my quality of life greatly diminished. I developed atrophy on my left side of my body and left arm. I read reviews of Dr B. There were nothing but glowing reviews. I met with him in n Sept 2025 and he went over my MRIs and symptoms. He was GREAT! Dr B explained the "why's" of my ailments and provided me with options to remedy my injury. After a very thorough informative consult, I decided to skip work comp and go through my personal doctor. I chose to have a spinal decompression and 3 level anterior cervical fusion. A few days later, Dr Bs office called and scheduled my surgery. They were very responsive and provided detailed pre and post-surgery recommendations. The day of the surgery, I went to Good Sam. I remember being rolled into the surgery room and waking up in recovery. Immediately, I had sensation in my left hand again. It's been 3 weeks post surgery and I'm feeling great. Dr Bs staff have been very helpful and informative. His PA AManda Diep has been amazing as well. I'm so glad I didn't wait for workers comp and went w Dr B. I'm hoping for a full recovery.

I have been trying for (literally) years to get my prescription correct. Every refill is messed up. I continually have to call and call again the office to fix this. I've talked to the office manager, been assured things will get fixed. That specific prescription is fixed, but the next time around I am back in the circus. I hate to leave the doctor due to operational issues... but OMG!!! Again, good doctor, but miserable experience. You pick.

Within a few months, I had spinal fusion surgery that lasted 11 hours at Los Gatos' El Camino Hospital. The surgery was successful, with no side effects. I am now recovering quickly and feel none of the severe pain I used to suffer from. Dr. Lettice's bedside manner is excellent; he is patient, friendly, and kind. He's always been welcoming of the family members I bring into the room! Dr. Lettice patiently explains every aspect of my surgery, including the risks, exactly what he'd be doing, and how my recovery would come along. Needless to say, none of what I experienced came as a surprise to me. Dr. Lettice made sure I knew everything going in. I am particularly impressed by how Dr. Lettice expects me to be responsible with my intake of painkillers. We have regular follow-ups now. It was incredibly frustrating watching her go through that. Dr. Khan was the first physician who truly listened, took the time to understand her symptoms, and ultimately identified the SI joint as the source of her pain. His expertise and attention to detail made all the difference. He performed a minimally invasive procedure using cadaver bone to stabilize the SI joint, and the results have been life-changing. She went from constant, daily pain to feeling like herself again. The improvement in her quality of life has honestly been incredible--she's beyond happy. If you or someone you know is dealing with unresolved SI joint pain, I highly recommend Dr. Khan. He's knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly committed to helping his patients get their lives back.

Without…read moregoing into detail I will just say that I am in excruciating pain from a bulging disc in my lower back that causes me to have to lay face up on the ground for at least 50% of the day to get relief from the constant pain for the past 9 months. Dr. Kahn basically read the report from my MRI and said that there is nothing wrong with me. He did not even look at the images as I tried to show him one of the images of the MRI on my phone but he did not care. He said there was nothing he could do for me so I asked if I could at least get a epidural and he said that in his opinion a epidural would do nothing because there was nothing wrong and there was nothing even close to a nerve. I get the feeling that Dr. Kahn does not listen to his patients and that he does not care what they say and at least with me he had no sympathy for the overwhelming and constant pain that I am in.
