What a wonderful expedience dealing with Brian at Arties! I was involved in a hit and run accident where the back panel of my car was knocked off. I did not know what to do but Brian guided me through all the necessary steps with police reports , insurance and calmed me down. needless to say, Arties resolved the issues and the vehicle looks like it just came out of the showroom. Would give zero stars if I could. I was in an accident nearby and the cops called for a local tow. Andrew from the shop shows up and was quite pushy about me using his shop for repair. After being in an accident a person has a lot on their mind, respectfully I explained I'll be using a shop I know local to my home. He wasn't satisfied, he continued to push and encourage use of his shop. I was questioned why I wouldn't use his shop... the person who towed my car was very nice and respectful, I took the ride with him to the shop. As I made several phone calls re. my car with insurance he realized I really wouldn't be using them. He saw $$$ go out the window and the once pushy but nice man was VERY rude. His body language shifted and attitude grew. Without much more detail because I could go on... he was rude and tried to be intimidating. He asked me to step out on a 90 degree day to make calls. He withheld $$ information about my car until my tow arrived which led me to paying the bill out of pocket, he nearly threatened that my car wouldn't be released unless it was paid (didnt seem to think I'd pay, rather wait for insurance). WOULD NEVER LEAVE MY CAR AT THIS SHOP!!! read more

My brand new car got hit while I was parked and got a big dent and scrape. They gave me a quick price quote, which was quite reasonable, and they were able to schedule the work for a time that was very convenient for me. The car was ready exactly when they said it would be, and they even helped me return my rental car so I wouldn't have to run around with my 18 month old baby. The quality of the work was phenomenal. It's absolutely undetectable: it looks just like it did when I picked the car up from the dealership. They also cleaned up a couple of scratches on the bumpers and they vacuumed the inside (very welcome, my kids drop a lot of snack crumbs in the back) and washed the whole exterior (and put on tire shine!). I have unfortunately had my fair share of accidents and have been to a few different body shops. Hands down, this is the best customer service I have ever gotten. Brian has been absolutely amazing! Kept me in the loop as to what was going on with my insurance, adjuster etc. He also kept in touch with me via text. Whatever question I had regarding the status of my vehicle he would get back to me within minutes (no joke) with full disclosure as to what was going on. I felt like I was a priority. Nowadays your just a number and no one cares about customer service, places just want your money. I never felt like that here. If you ever have the misfortune of needing to have your car towed due to an accident (well anything) call this company. They are fabulous. The other day I had the misfortune of being in a cab drives way as he blew past a stop sign and hit me. Brian from Artie's happened to be driving in the area in his private vehicle. He stopped and asked me if I was alright. I had just told the cop I would use another towing company's so glad Brian stooped. He became my eyes, ears and mouth in less than 5 minutes. I was quite stunned by the impact. The tow truck arrived very quickly. He drove my passenger to the the office and I rode in the tow truck. What pleasant people. When I got to the office, Brian handled everything! Including speaking to my insurance company and advised me the best way to go. I didn't have to do anything except answer a few questions by the time he was done. AND I left with a rental that day. I got the type of car I am most comfortable with. This company is fabulous! They care about you NOT the insurance companies. They truly take care of you and your needs. Good customer service but they were dishonest with me on a recent claim. I came in with a small amount of damage, was quoted 2K and then without warning they put through a 12K claim to my insurance company. No chance to authorize the claim. If you use them, be careful with how they deal with your insurance and make them get your authorization before submitting anything to insurance. I'm certainly not going back to them. read more

DO NOT!!!, I REPEAT, DO NOT!! take your car to this shop. Though I know I am writing this review years after the horrible experience I felt compelled to write this review after stumbling on the invoice which I paid $635 for. I took my car to this shop to fix a large crack in the lower part of my front bumper which they said they could easily take care of . A Couple of days later they tell me the car is ready for pickup. When I get there I don't see my car. Red Flag #1. about 15 min later a guys shows up with the car and I notice the car was wet though it wasn't raining the night before. Red Flag #2. I give the car a look over and wasn't really happy with the work. The crack was still visible but they tell me that's the best they can do so I head home not completely satisfied but acceptant of the work done on the crack. What I didnt realize because the car was wet was that in trying to fix the crack in the bumper they cracked one of my fog lights and didn't tell me. I immediately drove back to the shop to complain. At which point I was told, " Oh you probably broke it when you left". Wow!!!! I was furious but knew because I had left without checking completely that they got me. I learned a very valuable lesson that day and if you read this and are smart you will heed my words and not go to this place. They are dishonest and will do shoddy work and take your money.
