Although I'm crying as I write this review, it is in no way related to the wonderful service Joe provided me with earlier today! It was one of the hardest things I've had to do (by far) this year - say good bye to my 2000 Lincoln Navigator. Yes she was 23 years old but "Big Bertha" was my baby for the last 15 years and Joe understood! He answered my questions over the phone, told me what he needed to look out for before giving me an estimate and told me he could get to me in 20 minutes! When he arrived he got to work right away, checked my catalytic converter, unscrewed my license plates and scratched off my registration from the window. No issues when I called them several times over the last weeks to arrange for a pick up of 2 vehicles. I called around and other vendors either offered less or weren't able to work within a convenient time frame for me. These guys showed up on time as agreed on and everything was done in just over an hour (vehicles arrived at their yard). They paid upfront the agreed upon price and since it was 2 vehicles, one of them ended up being driven to their yard with the other towed. They may sound loud / rough over the phone, but realize they're probably fielding numerous calls and in the middle of another job, tow, driving, etc. Rest assured though that they are very friendly and professional and will get the job done as promised.
