The tow ITSELF was $400! $500 Recover fee for my wheel being popped off after the accident. $175 "admin fee" that they obviously couldn't give a clear answer for. $175 "yard fee", same explanation. $250 CLEANING FEE FOR BRAKE FLUID, $275/day to keep it in the tow yard, $180 in taxes, and some other charges I couldn't believe. I called expecting them to give no real answer as to why this pricing is absurdly high, likely because they'll just charge the insurance company who will then trickle it down to the driver. Bingo. Seems like it may be different if you go without insurance route (although his answer was "we wouldn't even tow it"), but I guarantee there's more ethical tows around, not hard to find.

I didn't get to meet everyone, buh #Richard took care of me. He was very #Pleasant and he had #Great #CustomerService. He worked with my insurance. I was able to get my Catalytic Converter replaced. He made sure that it was the proper one that wouldn't give me any issues in the future with inspections. They fixed my backup camera and they made a #CustomProtector for my catalytic converter. They just got a new customer for the rest of my repairs. They also do #Inspections in case you needed some where to do yours. ;) Richard was very informative. They gave me options. The shop also was accommodating. The jobs were done quickly. The #Price was #Honest and they didn't try to get me for extra money like some other places would have tried. It was actually better than I expected. They now have a piece of my heart as they saved my car from being totaled. They fought against insurance company to make sure I got the best parts. He really rallied for me. He was knowledgeable to know not to accept just the minimum from insurance. I value the work that they did. It was frightening trusting a total stranger to help my daughters (early 20's) but having no other choice, had to trust the kind voice who told he he also had a daughter.
