He noticed a spot in he basement (covered by a vent) and took the time to block the access point for mice - this was after he was paid and ready to leave. Our project included updating 10 sprinkler heads, adding 4 heads and 2 water diversions for a raised planter and a privacy hedge. He also upgraded and moved the timer. I called his phone and he sent it to voicemail. All this to say, Francisco wasted my time. I understand he may have a lot of other work that takes a lot of his time, but so do I and I don't have time to waste for someone who won't even give me the courtesy of a phone call to explain why they may be late to a job. I didn't feel comfortable with an open ended cost. When Mark came from MW Landscape, he did the measurements quickly and provided a quote within a few days. He came this morning and was fast and efficient. He even worked alongside his employees and took extra step to sweep up dead leaves and pull weeds from the access area to the crawl space. It was such a nice feeling to see everything cleaned up. Mark can also do larger jobs but I'm glad he was able to work on my small project.
