On Friday, I found Flawless on Yelp and got an appointment for Saturday. Adrian showed up on time and got to work. He checked out the many different lines and got to the source of the problem. He resolved the electrical issue so the sprinkler system could actually run. He came back on Monday to rewire the connections to protect the lines from future damage. He made sure all the lines were running. He found a problem with 1 zone and fixed it before finishing up. At first I was impressed with communication, service and the actual work that was done…read more Unfortunately things took a turn when they started the actual job- one of the workers broke my brand new air conditioning unit (which they did replace) but we were without AC for 2-3 weeks. They did a lot of their own work without sub contracting it out- including- electrical (for some of it, pavers- which they had to redo literally 4 or 5 times). He did come back multiple times to fix things which was nice but never really explained things in detail once the work was completed. I then ran into some issues about a month or so after he was done "fully" and still have never heard back from him. Pretty disappointing to say the least but not that surprising as some other reviews have mentioned this also. You would just think that they are the experts and will double check everything, make sure it looks perfect before having the client look it over- well that wasn't the case at all. I am the type of person who will have companies do all my landscaping and not do it myself- and he won't be getting my business moving forward. Plenty of work to do as I am always updating both the front and backyard with different ideas. It's not that I wouldn't recommend him doing a job but I would just plan it out to the "T", as best as you can. If you make changes along the way- do yourself a favor and make sure you don't give him full payment as you may have issues along the way.

Since then, I have worked with Hector and his team for years across multiple properties for many things. I have used them for: -tree trimming, tree cutting (large trees!), & stump removal -brush clearance -complete landscaping design (full grading, turf, watering systems, plants, planters, DE, etc) -hardscaping and concrete These guys really know what they are doing. They will really work with you to figure out exactly what you need. They are always thinking about how to deal with the details (drainage, plant locations, watering locations/logistics) And their quotes always come in lower than other places... Stay in touch with Hector during the process and you will be sure to get everything you need. Like I say, I've been working with them so long, they feel like family at this point! They really are a one-stop shop for everyting. That is another thing I love about them - they arent pushy. They will come out and discuss the project, give you an estimate, and won't try to strongarm you into hiring them.
