While they treat us like royalty at first, it soon became obvious that they rush you to sign up for their yearly membership, upsell on services and does not offer good quality treatments. I mostly did micro needling, which I think was decent. The most painful micro needling as the numbing cream didn't help. But their hydra facials feel off, a different aesthetician said it's an off brand facial and not a real hydra facial. Overpriced. It's McDonald's level treatment but they charge Wolfgang Puck prices. read more

The place is nice, clean, and neat. I did the hydro-facial. Joanne showed me a short video and explained the process. During actual facial process, she would tell me what is doing like what device and product she is about to use. Extraction - Uses a suction tool. It was painless and relatively comfortable. There are some sensitive areas but it was not painful. I'm use to the traditional extractions which was very painful for me. The suction device she used was a pleasant experience. Poor customer service, at times difficult to call to setup an appointment and super rude front desk. They are unaccommodating and apparently don't care to have repeat customers. The only reason we came back is the Filipina practitioner who performs the service is friendly but the front desk speaks poor English so that was already a struggle in itself and they have a bunch of policies that don't make sense. What a turnoff. They don't care about their clients much and it's sketchy that they don't even have proper signage. We won't be returning or recommending to anyone else. I was told that performing 20 units of xeomin was not worth their time after I spent $300 treating my friend to their service and we came in together but they wouldn't take me because that was only a service given to new clients. Guess what, there are so many places in town that will be happy to take me. I came in as a repeat client willing to pay regular price and I guess they don't want the business. Also super weird that they don't allow you to accompany your relative during the simple service. read more

Came here for a Groupon for xeomin and the staff are very friendly. The process was painless. Their prices are affordable that it makes me happy to find one that doesn't over charge you. What a great experience! I moved from LA to Vegas and was desperately seeking a place for Botox and am glad I found Artisan Center Medspa. First off the office is really cute with a beautiful fish tank in the middle. And the receptionist was super kind and helpful in consulting with me. Dr. Yen was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and put me right at ease about the procedure. The nurses were so sweet comforting me during as well. I have had Botox sessions before that hurtttttt (I'm talking almost kicking the doctor hurt lol) but that was not the case here -- the xeomin injections were quick with minimal pain. I am glad I found this medspa in the heart of Chinatown (talk about convenient location) and will be back for my following sessions. Went to the Tea Station to get milk tea and noticed that the hair salon on the second floor has been converted into a spa. The owner was really nice and she recommended the gold therapy with a new customer only special for $48. I went with the recommendation with an upgrade of Aqua Peel, which was the Korean rubbery mask that I have always wanted to try. The therapist named Joanne was really sweet and attentive to ask for my skin concerns and gave me lots of advice for my daily skin care routine as well. My skin felt so smooth and moisturized afterwards and I noticed such a big difference in how well my serum was adsorbed too. Ever since the first visit, I have done around 5 facials here, and the time for service can be anywhere from 1.5 hrs to 2.5 hours. Keep in mind that this is the same service on the menu, with no add ons. The lack of communication and consistency is frustrating nonetheless, as if you are walking in without knowing what to expect. And when you question this to the people who works there, they can't give a definitive answer either. Normally, in most of the spa/beauty locations, acne treatment is included in the facial. At this spot, I have no clue if it's included after 2 years of visits. I only received acne treatment in my first visit, the employee training is definitely questionable here. Lastly, the employee would work on multiple clients at once. When you pay a premium price for the service, you only get a lackluster attention from the employees. read more

The appointment started off with a consultation where the staff walked me through their skin treatment options and gave me a personalized treatment plan after assessing my skin. I got the aqua peeling and sono hydrating treatment for the first time and I cannot explain how much I love my skin! The result is immediate and you can tell right away how flawless your skin becomes. The two treatments combined peels the dead skin, removes blackhead, and hydrates your face with a mask.
