More importantly: I was brought into a consultation room with a man to discuss intimate treatment areas, and his credentials were never introduced or explained. For that kind of service, I expected a licensed esthetician or medical professional who could walk me through the process what device, what settings, what results to expect, and why. None of that happened. Instead the focus was entirely on selling a package (no single sessions available) starting around $1,800 for skin lightening alone. When I mentioned the price was significant, I was immediately asked if I had Care Credit not given any context about the treatment or its value. When I said I needed to think about it, the consultant did not open the door for me, and no one acknowledged me as I left. For services involving sensitive areas and significant cost, you deserve transparency about who is treating you, what they're doing, and why. I didn't get any of that here.

This is the best facial experience I ever had. Also, The BEST and most professional Korean style facial spa. All the staff are professional and friendly. I did pores cleaning and hydration facial. I feel like my pores were shiny right after, I can't see any black heads anymore. Most importantly I feel like my skin color were lighter too. The facial technician took before and after comparison photos for me and they did a skin analysis using Facial analyzing machine. This place is very clean and quite. Pores cleaning and hydration facial is only $68 for the first time, it takes around 90 minutes. This is definitely the best choice I that made in 2019. This is a late review but this was my first time getting an aqua peel + SONO facial and it's incredible how quickly I saw results!!! Hazel was my esthetician and she was efficient and careful throughout. I looked in the mirror after my facial and my pores were SO CLEAN. Like CLEAN. How did I not hear of this place before?! Hazel trained in Korea and has over 12 years of experience. This will be my go-to spot whenever I'm in Vegas! Definitely need the deep pore cleaning in this harsh environment. I came to Artisan Medspa last week for Dysport shoulder slimming injections, I'm already feeling a big difference! Since I sit at a desk a lot, my shoulders are always super tight and tense.
