I went in for a microneedling session. Given this is a med spa, I expected a lot of shedding afterwards. I've had experiences at a different med spa that were pretty good, but wanted to try a different place out to see if the results would be better. My technician was extremely sweet. However, the session took far too long. Numbing took forever, about 20 minutes, which I thought was excessive. The depth of the needle was not much. I have decent scarring on my face, not severe, but mild to moderate that could use more needle depth. I even mentioned this to the technician but not sure if they just wanted to go easy for the first session or what. The whole thing also took far too long. I was expecting a lot more for a greater than $200 microneedling experience. The 3 stars is only for my technician, who was very kind. read more

DO NOT buy a subscription here. I received a six month subscription for my birthday and these people continued to charge my daughter the monthly subscription fee for a total of 14 months. Mind you, I've only used two months of the six month gift. When she discovered the charges and reached out to the business and very nicely asked them to correct their error and provide a refund, they said no, we will discuss and get back to you. They then proceeded to ghost her and only changed their tune when we filled an Unfair and Deceptive Business Practice complaint with consumer affairs. Even then, they made us jump through ridiculous and unreasonable hoops to get our money back. They lie about trying to get in touch with you but how so with no missed calls, no voicemails and no emails. Amazing that they found our contact info after we filled the complaint. Making us sign and scan documents back while telling us that we need to show up in person to have us sign the original as well. Then making us sit in the wait room for over 30 minutes when we came to pick up the refund check. Mistakes happen. When you make a mistake you own up to it and do everything you can to make it right and apologize for the inconvenience. Not these people. With these people you have to make them make it right and they do it very grudgingly and make you miserable in the process. Stay away. read more

So I was extremely nervous to try this. I have dark brown skin and thick black hair and after online researching I had very mixed reviews. I worked with Vanessa. She was super informative throughout the entire process, patient and kind. In the first few visits, it's kind of a testing game to see which machine and setting works best for your body. After that, it will be various sessions until you get your desired look. It is not "painless" but also not unbearable. Feels more like pricks when the laser kills the hair. Because my skin is dark, it cannot withstand a superhigh setting, so its taken a few more sessions than I anticipated to rid unwanted hair, but Vanessa has been reassuring the entire time, answered every question I've had, and I am glad I get to work with her. Yelp did not steer me wrong! Elenir was my technician and she was fabulous. She gave their super high tech machine all the credit, but my procedure was painless and quick. I worried that because it was so easy, it wouldn't work, but I went from shaving practically every day to about once a week, after my first treatment! First let me start by saying heather my esthetician was awesome. I feel she was more of a therapist for me. Lol. I would rant about my problems and she'd laugh with me and was so nice! Love you heather!!! But now let's get into my face and the place. The office was always clean. Always quiet. Which is nice. As for results i paid 580$ for 4 micro-needling sessions and my last one i added a peel for 60$ i believe. I peeled like crazy for 4 days straight. Results for what i paid are okay. I see a change but nothing drastic. 4 months in total. I'll add pictures to what my face was before and now after. I love heather but i don't think i will be coming back, i know your skin is an investment but now that i put my before and after together. It's not a huge change. Elenir is nice but I feel that she doesn't know what she's doing. I came there because I had dark spots on my back. She said that she is going to do a chemical PEEL she did it multiple times but I only end up burnt but with no results making me go back there several time. Chemical peel is not supposed to be done on skin open wounds but she did and caused me more breakouts . I shared my concern saying that her peel as the name says supposed to peel but she keeps giving me weak excuse oh you are still eating sugar(I don't) oh you have to scrub or buy her $50 cream or whatever.. I had the membership but I ended up canceling because I couldn't see anything after 6 or 7 treatments and my back only peeled once. read more

After an incredibly long year of dental school, I wanted to reward myself and get a facial to bring me back to life. After much research, I booked their signature facial which includes a hydrafacial and some type of laser treatment afterwards. The hydrafacial is nothing like any facial I've had before. It is more of a get to the point facial. If you're looking to zen out, this is not the type of treatment to get. Vanessa was the technician and she really knows her stuff. She encouraged questions and was quite gentle. She used vitamin c based products on my skin and they smelled so nice. I waited to review until the next day to see how my skin held up and I feel much cleaner and brighter which was what I was after. Elinir has changed my skin completely. When I first started my treatments, I had cystic pimples and breakouts all over my face. My skin was congested, oily, and had absolutely no luster to it. After a little over a year of being Elinir's client, I don't ever feel the need to wear makeup, my face looks better without foundation, and my skin GLOWS.
