He listened to me and what complaints I was feeling and he took the time to consider my thoughts before he or should I say we took as a course of action. I never felt rushed, I felt like I was heard and I was part of the process in what medical solution that was chosen. I had two other interactions regarding the refilling of prescriptions. I actually requested a prescription on a weekend online on Highland Health's app and wouldn't you know it within a few hours my prescription had been ordered at my pharmacy. I had another prescription that I called into the office and again within hours it was already ordered at the pharmacy. I feel so comfortable and satisfied in my experiences with Dr. Pederson and his friendly caring staff.

My appointment lasted literally 90 seconds. I paid for 15 units of Botox, I got 30 units of Botox. I think I spent a little under $200. Unfortunately, I don't believe for a second that I was treated with Botox because my forehead looks exactly the same as prior to my appointment. The aesthetician who injected my forehead did not take time nor did she tell me exactly what she was doing other than that she was going to treat my forehead area. I was not able to examine the vials of Botox medication nor was I able to look in the mirror after my treatment. It's been four weeks, I keep waiting for something to happen. I'm pretty sure that I was treated with a simple two dollars worth of saline solution. I'm really disappointed and I'm not thrilled about the fact that I spent money for no results. Was it a bad batch? Who knows. Maybe I should have looked for a place that was not offering a special deal on Botox? Will probably never know. All I know now is that I'm out almost $200 with no results whatsoever. Maybe some clients don't care about spending money for nothing but I definitely do and I'm definitely unhappy.

Roughly 10 days later, I learned the St. Pete location had closed. I contacted the Tampa location, was connected to Clearwater, and successfully scheduled my appointment. On the day of the appointment, while I was already on my way to the Countryside location, I received a call canceling it. Staff said they would follow up to reschedule, but I never heard back. I then called the Tampa location every day for a month and received no answer. This sequence of events, selling a treatment at a location that closed shortly afterward, canceling an appointment with no follow-up, and then being unreachable for weeks has left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I no longer feel I can trust the company or its staff. I hope management takes these concerns seriously so other longtime customers don't have the same experience.

As a first-time client getting lip fillers, I was very disappointed with my experience at Uderma…read moreMed Spa. I chose this location specifically because Alana had great reviews, so I expected good results. During my appointment, she used two different products because she said I have thin tissue in my lips. I was told the procedure would be mostly painless, as many people I know who have had lip fillers said it did not hurt much. Unfortunately, it was quite painful for me. One of the vessels in my lip burst, leaving me with a large bruise on my upper lip in addition to bruising on my lips. I purchased the Arnica dissolvable tablets and cream they recommended, but they did not seem to help with the bruising. I was also left with large lumps in my lips. I was told this can be normal during the recovery process and that they should improve within about two weeks. However, the lumps never went down, and at my follow-up appointment, the filler had to be dissolved. Now my lips are more uneven than they were before the procedure. The left side of my bottom lip sits higher than the right, creating an angled look, and my top lip is also very uneven. Even before dissolving the lumps, it seemed like the filler in other areas had already dissolved because there was almost no visible enhancement. In fact, no one even noticed that I had lip fillers done. Considering the amount I paid for this procedure, I ultimately left with no filler at all. When I asked the receptionist about the possibility of a refund, since the filler did not remain and had to be dissolved, he responded in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. He stated that they could not provide a refund because it was not their fault that I have thin tissue. I was not asking for a refund simply because I did not like the look or wanted something different. The filler did not hold in my lips, resulting in complications, and had to be dissolved completely. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, especially as a first-time lip filler client. I trusted this provider based on the positive reviews and expected a much better outcome. Instead, I paid a significant amount of money, ended up with no filler at all, and now have uneven lips that I will have to pay someone else to correct. The fact that I was not offered any type of refund or resolution for a service that ultimately left me worse off than before is extremely upsetting and left me feeling very discouraged and hurt by the entire experience.
