She makes friendly talk with you and she is very easy to speak to. She was knowledgeable about the skin and products. One thing I thought people should know is that she called it a hydrafacial but definitely did not have the actual hydrafacial machine. I figured it wasn't a real "hydrafacial md" facial because those machines are extremely expensive and each time you use it, it's costly as well. She had the suction that she used but it definitely wasn't the real machine suction. Another thing was she used PCA products but it seemed watered down. The moisturizer was a spray mist. Again, I'm not 100% sure about this. It was just my experience. But Telma was so great and nice, that I still had a great facial and she did a great job with extractions. She didn't know the medical skincare brand "skinbetter" which is National and pretty popular with medical spas but that is probably because she only uses PCA. Overall, I loved Telma and the office. I thought the Groupon prices were excellent but I didn't think my face noticed that much of a difference. If you're looking for a basic facial, go to her! It's a great experience. If you're looking for a hydrafacial, I would suggest going someplace else that uses the actual machine.
