I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house that I just bought recently. The texture and paint on the interior walls and ceilings was terrible. Semi-gloss was in every room and also heavy, heavy texture was throughout the house. Travis and his crew did a great job covering the walls and ceilings with a smoother skim coat and also adding the bullnose where it was needed. They did a really nice job. This is the second job Travis has down for me and both times the work has been excellent. The first job was finishing off two skylight openings in my ceiling and the second was closing off an opening in a wall after removing an old gravity heater insert. These guys were great. They were reasonably priced and very communicative. We had them patch up our drywall after a plumbing issue. We have textured walls and they were able to patch up the holes without any seams. You can't even tell where the patchwork was done. They really took care to clean up after themselves during and after construction. They actually spent a good part of Easter Sunday finishing up the job. I was referred to Travis by another drywall contractor. I had a drywall repair in the garage where the water line feeds into the house and the fire suppression system. I contacted Travis on Weds. (8/5) and I had an estimate from him that same day. On Friday morning (8/7) he came to make the repair and by noon everything was finished. Travis far exceeded my expectations! Great work! My experience with Travis was top notch. I had a plumbing leak that caused damage in my kitchen ceiling next to some cabinets. Travis gave me a reasonable price for the repair and did an excellent job. He came in and told me immediately what they needed to do and calmed my fears about how extensive the damage was. He had obviously done this many times before. He and Mike cut out the damaged area, replaced the drywall, patched and textured it in about 2 hours. The confidence and speed with which they worked gave me peace of mind. They also put up plastic everywhere to protect the counters, cabinets and floor from dust and splatter and left the place almost spotless. The texture matches so well, no one will ever know what happened. This was a very small job for him, but he treated me like I was his best customer. I highly recommend Travis and his team. I had an open plan home office with two 5'x3' openings in the wall, which was great for letting light into the hallway, but not so great for taking part in a conference call when my children or guests were watching TV or chatting in the next room. I found Travis through a referral, and he provided a quote via email, came the following week and closed up the open areas in my wall. I'm thrilled with how it turned out. The walls look like they never had the open areas and the wall texture matches the rest of our walls perfectly. His guys were polite, worked fast, cleaned up at the end of each day and did a really nice job. please do not use this company. they showed up for a quick which was great the only problem is to not show up with the material as promised. the gentleman showed up with a half a bucket of mud to do a 400 square foot knockdown room. I gave him a half a bucket of mud that I had laying around the house and still came up short. so I had to leave the gentleman in my house alone while I went to Home Depot and pick up another bucket of mud just to finish the job. when the job is completed it was very light and very similar to texture vs knockdown. highly recommend not using this company I called the owner of the company and asked him to come out and take a look at the work that he was providing with his sub contractors and all I got what shoot me some pictures. :( read more
