All they had to do is read insurance on file. But the front desk told me "they would be a no charge today". How bout the half day wages and my time. Billed me for $562 they said it was for my appointment in Feb. At that time they happily took my BCBS card, I paid a co-payment but waited till Jun 27th to bill me this out of network charge. The office manager said on the phone they haven't ever taken BCBS insurance. But they took mine. Wow what a terribly managed office. Billing dept said it had to be recoded at the visiting office the visiting office said it's the billing dept that has to make the change.

They offered a discount on the first facial and made me aware of packages and promos before leaving, but never pressured me to purchase on the spot. In terms of the actual staff and procedures, I couldn't have been happier. Caroline at the front desk was super sweet and had everything waiting for me from walking in to walking out. Jennifer did my procedure. She is a nurse by trade and that definitely shows. She walked me through each step, made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained post facial care.
