Kat cuts my hair and she does an excellent job. She is also very knowledgeable and always has the answer to my hair questions.

Isella is great; my wife and I have gone there for 2.5 years! It is at a very convenient location on Regents Park Lane in Fort Mill.

Cindy took care of me promptly, and offered me to change into a clean cover-up/kimono (to protect my clothes).

Got there and was asked for my name and what I wanted by Ken. I booked appt ahead with all the…read moreservices I wanted so I thought he just wanted to make sure it was me, or want busy and how many Raquel's do you have appointments for this morning? I said regular polish mani and gel pedi (didn't mention additional 10 minutes massage or brows bc, again, I had an appt and thought he was just confirming me) I was rushed through half the mani then sat down to do pedi. I asked the guy for water but I saw other people were offered a drink when they sat down. He put it down and turned off the massager because he was painting my nails. Ok, cool. It wasn't turned back on at any point. He started the pedi without turning the water on and I was confused. He said he thought I wanted gel polish change on my toes and I sad no, I want a full pedi with gel. I figured he was giving me blah service bc he thought I wanted a plain mani and pedi polish change so I asked for 2nd most expensive pedi because l thought, let me spend some more money so they could treat me nicer AND end up with the pedi I want. Nope. Pedi was rushed. He BARELY scrubbed my feet, I'm not exaggerating when I say he used the pumice for maybe 20 seconds on each foot. I didn't say anything bc I thought he may come back and do it better after he took the gel off. This guy pulled my feet out the jelly stuff (slime with jelly balls in them, I asked for it but regret) and did my whole pedi with jelly all over my toes, feet, and legs. Didn't wipe off until after he put the towels on. At this point I even asked another employee her name because she was doing a better job and I want to know who to ask for next time (her name is Lee) After all that I asked about the brow tint I booked and he said the the lady wouldn't be back until maybe Thursday this week. I left with no additional massage, no brows, dry hands and feet. But the place is cute.

They are able to communicate clearly about their availability. They are accommodating of your last minute scheduled changes. To begin with, it's SO EASY to use their on-line booking feature. Plus you don't get a half dozen email/text reminders about your up-coming appointment. Request Anne, she is the owner and operator who takes pride in her ownership and management of this shop. It's very clean and well organized and lots of chairs to accommodate the large weekend bookings. Tucked away in a shopping plaza right off Fort Mill Parkway in the Arden neighborhood. Next door you'll find Emilios Pizza & Pub, The UPS store, the Zoom Room and Sweet Frogs. If you pay cash, you can get a basic Pedi for just $35 bucks. I especially like that you don't get the overwhelming smell of the acrylic nail polish. You won't see their techs with masks covering their faces because this place is large, open and well ventilated. You can sit, relax and just breathe.

Previously, I'd been with my technician for 20+ years. I was referred to Vintage Nail Bar in Charlotte. Even though there were many salons closer to my new home, I went to see Steven based on this recommendation. I was not disappointed! He was so nice, friendly, and on time for my appointment. The salon was spacious and clean. My husband had a pedi with Vin and said he was great, too. There was another technician there, Pim, who seemed so kind - always smiling at incoming customers. I understand she does a great job with builder gel and will try her, too, in case Steven isn't available. For reference I am over 60 years young () and wanted a natural looking nail, thin on the sides and top. I'm so happy to have found this nail salon!

Kelly was my technician and she did a fantastic job. She was meticulous in the preparation of my nails for polish. She gave a very relaxing foot and lower leg massage, as well. Her polish application was perfect and she gave each coat time to dry. The result was a mani/ pedi that should last for a long time. It's already been three days with a lot of gardening and dish washing, and my hands still look perfect. Usually several nails would be showing signs of wear by now. I'm super happy and will definitely be back soon. I may have found my new "go-to" nail salon. Note: the place was busy on this Thursday afternoon. I'm glad I had an appointment.
