I've come in with pictures of what I want a few times, and they really take their time helping me find a color that matches what I'm showing them. The salon is always very clean, and there's such a great sense of community there. Every time I'm in, they're greeting customers by name, and it's clear they have a lot of regulars. The new pedicure chairs are flawed -- the frame isn't comfortable, and to make it worse they no longer massage -- just make a grinding noise. Finally, the pop music they play constantly is too loud, repetitive and annoying. Long, Wendy: you manage a nail salon that specializes in acrylics, dips and gels. Your customers can trip over similar salons anytime they pass a strip mall. You need to treat your long time customers with enthusiasm and gratitude, or you'll continue to lose them.

The next day I received a reminder text , to which I responded. Thank you I will see you tomorrow. When I got to Divine Nail Bar , I told them I had an 3:00 appointment with Mary. They told me Mary doesn't work today. I stoped got out my phone , showed them the text confirmation. They then called Mary, put her on the phone with me. She said she wasn't feeling well and someone else could t take care of me. I went there personally to schedule appt. The staff that was there did not know what to do...it would have been nice a common courtesy to text me if she was really ill and had to give me an opportunity to change an appointment.
