I do not recommend this place. Everyone is very kind, but they do not follow my directions with what I wanted. One time, I went in for a cut just above my shoulders. She cut it just below my EARS. Another time I went in to give them another try, I asked for shorter, just in between my ears and my shoulders... she literally said no to me and cut my hair just above my shoulders. I went to see Olga for a much needed color and cut. I sent her a couple pictures of what I was looking for and he did her best to get as close as she could. I'll likely need one to two more stops in for the perfect color without destroying my hair but I am super in love with the color and cut. Best cut I have had in about four years. I moved from Chicago and had a redken master stylist that used to cut me hair. High key prefer Olga. Will be back again :-) I asked for a disconnected asymmetrical cut which means it's much longer in the front than the back. Love it! read more

I hate leaving any negative review. It could've been my fault for not scheduling correctly? I'm not sure. I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted. I've had something similar before however I did not leave with hair even close to what I wanted. My appointment was very rushed and I feel like I paid just for her time. My hair looks no different and it still very yellow at the root. I really just wanted to feel good about my hair but now it's just more damaged and not how I wanted it. All the other clients seemed very happy so maybe it was just bad luck for me. Getting anything done to your hair is quite expensive these days and I think it should be done correctly the first time. read more

First off, I'm a huge fan of scheduling online! Big bonus for me! You can pay cash or credit/debit. They have the square card readers and you can leave your tip on the card as well. This salon is very clean-also a huge bonus. The owner was cleaning the nail polish bottles one day I was there because she didn't like the dust on the top of the bottles, that's how clean they are! It's very modern and girly on the inside. Such a cute design. They have a place for you to hang your bag which is nice so you don't have to place it on the ground. I've been twice to Fecility's. The first time I went to see Brandi. She did a good job on the cut, it was just a trim with a few length layers. There was no one else in the salon the day I went, so it was just me and Brandi. I personally prefer to go to a salon with lots of staff and music and a fun atmosphere-but maybe that's just me. My second visit was scheduled with Jenn. When I arrived to the salon that afternoon I was informed that Jenn was not feeling well and another stylist would be doing my hair if that was okay. At first I was a little ticked because they had all day to call and let me know, but they did not. The stylist also never introduced herself and I only learned who it was through a conversation from others in the salon. Again it was a quite day at the salon, but it did help to have two others there. Angela was the stylist who did my hair, I was actually happy she did my hair. It was again just a trim, but she cut it in a different way that I've never seen before and it turned out really good. I will be back to her next time! read more

I am so so happy to have found this place. Angela has rescued me from myself and one very lame had of hair. On our first meeting I was crying about a pixie grow out, a pixie that I never wanted, which had taken more than two years to still not be grown out. Angela got me on a kick ass grow-out plan and worked tirelessly with me through some very awkward phases. I am truly addicted to getting my hair cut. It is one of my favorite things, especially with her. She takes good care of me and turns me away when I try to come back too soon. I love her. She is restoring my stacked inverted bob and my sanity. And she does the best blow outs too. I just don't understand why she won't cut my hair every other day and then listen to me cry about how it never grows. x read more

I am so happy to have found Felicity Beauty Boutique. I moved from RI two years ago and was devastated to leave my hair dresser of 20 plus years. I have my hair cut and colored by Mackenzie (Kylie) at Felicity and she is amazing. I look forward to my appointments every time. The salon is very clean, bright and happy. Getting my hair done by Hayley Laney and she did awesome today! Getting lowlights for fall

My appointment was scheduled and a confirmation received a couple weeks ahead of time. But two hours before my appointment, I received a call telling me the stylist was too busy doing "prom hair" and would have to reschedule at her next availability; two weeks later. As a working adult with limited time, why should I be the less valuable client. Busy or not, this is not good customer service practice. I must admit, I am quite disappointed and will not be going back. read more
