I am a little shook this place gets such good reviews. Here and on Google. I went in for a gel mani and pedi. First time here. Got to work with Vincent who was nice, but in my opinion his work wasn't clean. I also asked for the photo posted and got a form if it but definitely doesn't look like what I was asking for. It is pretty clear a lot of people go there for Lisa, which I guess was my mistake. The two technicians I had also don't speak English very well, which makes it so difficult to communicate. Overall I am not very happy with the result and don't plan on coming back. read more

Lan helped my 95 year old Mother-in-law with a Pedicure. She was skilled, patient, and very gentle. We brought her in a wheelchair and they had no issues at all getting her into the chair. What a great experience. My MIL loved the results. All her dry, dead skin was gently removed and the nails carefully cut back. We will definitely go back to see Lan. read more

Older lady nail tech intentionally scratched my nails with the nail buffer and scraped my nail beds with cuticle cutter. All because she had an attitude that I asked for a fresh set of equipment to be used on me. Manicure was only $20, I regret tipping $10 for the service. I was having a difficult time w life and wanted a little self care to pick me up, now I have scratched nails for who knows how long. DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! read more

Place is pretty, I really like Lisa and Joan. Sanitation really discourages and disturbed me. They offer a free drink, I requested a mimosa. I was sitting in the pedicure chairs next to the sink & I saw all the dirty mimosa cups. HANNAH went w the same gloves she was giving me a pedicure w, rubbed the glass w hand soap and then gave me my drink it. I dumped it back out on the sink. Throughout my pedicure Joan was painting my nails and there goes Hannah w the same dirty unchanged gloves, to clean the dirty cups w hand soap. Moral of the story don't drink their mimosas. The nail technician was very nice however the owner has awful customer service! I will not be returning to this nail shop. I visited them on Tuesday, April 1 with my friend to get pedicures. I was done with my pedicure and my friend was finishing up. My friend was also going to have her nails done but I was paying for my friends, pedicure and my pedicure. I had to leave while she was still getting her nails done. I made the payment ($170 with tip) and showed the nail technician that the payment had been sent via Zelle and went through. Everybody said goodbye. I started to walk out and the owner yelled at me loudly NO STOP you can't leave. It hasn't gone through. I politely tried to show her the screen on my phone that says the money had been sent to her. She again very rudely said no no you can't leave I don't have notification. Less than 5 seconds later the notification came to her phone. No apology. Her behavior was unacceptable. Denying me being able to leave her shop as if I'm broke and trying to rip her off. My friend was STILL THERE did the owner really think I would do that to my friend. NEVER going back to this nail shop and I wouldn't recommend anyone else try it either. read more

I waited over two hours just for a manicure. I was given a completely different design than what I asked for. I was also given attitude when correcting them the first time they tried. My nails are bumpy,cut unevenly, and super thick. After four days of having them the nail polish is lifting leaving air bubbles and peeling. My natural nails are straight but after getting the acrylics they are almost all at a 90 degree angle. The person who did my nails also let the black bleed into the red, they didn't care at all and I know it was noticeable. I highly recommend not going here. read more

My experience was not horrible but the lady helping me was a little clumsy. She let the foot rub over fill with water and it spilled everywhere she was nice and friendly but I was in a very big hurry and she kept insisting I have water and other things that were not wanted. I pretty much had to firmly tell her no which was weird. My pedicure was great though and I loved the color I chose. I would go back maybe was just an off day for both of us. Lots of color options. The place looked clean and I was greeted promptly, however, I will not return for a manipedi for these reasons: There is no massage chair; instead of being able to lean back with my arms relaxed, she put the soloution in a bowl on my lap to soak my hands, and when it was time to apply the polish on my fingernails, I had to lean forward and to the one side for her to apply it which was uncomfortable. She was quite rough handling my arthritic hands and feet and there was no massage which I have enjoyed at other nail salons. Also, the nail polish did not last for even a week so whatever she used to thin the polish left it of thin substance. read more

I have been coming here for years they offer great services. They do tend to get busy but they do a great job and it is worth the wait.

I had a really bad experience there. The ladies are nice but they do a lousy job. I went in for a pedicure and needed to have the acrylic removed from my toe nails and the lady did not remove it completely and painted over it. She did not remove the cuticle and I asked her not to cut my nails and just file them but she did not even do that either. It looked horrible! I went back to tell them and both the lady that did my pedicure and Lisa did not listen to me and kept telling me that it was my own nail and not the acrylic. My nail is not pink! It was very obvious it was the acrylic and they both denied it. They took the nail polish off and I left. They did not offer to redo it, so I wasted $49 for nothing. I was also charged to use my credit card I do not recommend anyone to go there. read more

I took my dog next door for a bath. While I was waiting I noticed Artist nails & spa. I needed a pedicure and had time to kill. When I first walked in, I was greeted immediately and asked to sign in. They took me right back. I opted for the hot stone massage. It was amazing. The conversation was nice. I would not hesitate to go back here. read more
