I had an amazing experience here! The owner is so sweet, kind, and dedicated, and her talent with nail art is incredible. I came in without a plan for my toes, and she offered great suggestions--I ended up with cute hot pink toes and a Hawaiian flower design done by her coworker. While that was happening, the owner worked on my fingernails, creating a beautiful, natural earthy design with green and white flowers. Today I decided I wanted to splurge a little on myself while the kids were at school. I searched around yelp and local fb pages to see where every one is going for their pedicures these days. When I stumbled upon Revibe, I knew it was definitely a place I wanted to go since I had been to Chelsea in the past, plus there were amazing reviews. I was worried that they wouldn't accept walk-ins but when I called the lady said yes, come now... so I did. I was initially worried there wouldn't be parking, since I know down town can be a little tricky, but I got lucky. When I walked in, I was directed to look at the different color choices and then directed to the pedicure chair. The chair was luxurious... it even massaged my butt lol! And I was happy to see two little kid chairs, so I plan to come back with my kids. I enjoyed every second of my pedicure, the massage was epic, and the color is fantastic. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect, skip this salon! I rarely go for pedicures even though I love them. Last time I went, 2 years ago, the salon was called Polish Her Not and I had a great experience. My husband, wanting to make sure I do some self-care, got me a gift card to the new establishment, Revibe Beauty Lounge. On the business card it said that walk-ins are welcome and on a Wednesday sometime in June I decided to pop in. It was 6pm and the salon is open until 7pm, yet there was absolutely nobody there. In the building were other tenants who confirmed that none of the salon employees seemed to be there. I was already very disappointed BUT the gift card needs to be used. On Wednesday, 7/29/2026, I was going to make a call and book an appointment but their Facebook page allowed me to book one online. I got immediate confirmation that I'm good to go for 6pm. I later receive a message (screenshot of convo uploaded) asking if I wanted a Mani or Pedi and I let them know I'd like to have my toes done. I arrived about 10 minutes early, thought maybe they can get me in early. When I walked in, there was a gentleman working on a lady's manicure and nobody else in sight. He did not acknowledge me. I walked back and forth around the front counter, sat on a couch in a shared space with other tenants (they don't have chairs for people to wait on). I sit and wait. I hear someone else walk in, I'm hoping maybe it's my technician coming in from break? I get up and walk into the salon area. Nope, it's someone who was there with the lady who was getting her nails done. She says she came in to cool off cause it's so hot sitting in the car, waiting. Again, no chairs. Also, the smell... absolutely terrible. And I know nail salons don't smell good to begin with, but this one was bad, bad, bad. That lady walks out, I'm still just standing, the male technician is oblivious and nobody else cares to show up. I go back to our conversation on Messenger to alert them that way that I was there early. Finally a younger lady, looking like a Manager/Owner? and a technician walk out from the back and this lady looks at my sour face and is puzzled, I told her I've been here, waiting and nobody is even acknowledging my presence, she apologized, scolded the tech in their language, told me he was just too focused doing his job. They take me to a chair, seat me down, involuntarily tears start rolling, Manager walked away, Julie, my tech, is trying to console me, all apologetic, gives me a hug I did not want, ask for or consent to but I allowed it to happen. Then I'm crying, covering my face with both hands, telling her how some days you just feel invisible, and how 4 of those close to me passed away within the year so this situation is very, very upsetting. Then Mr. Technician who had ignored me comes up. Again, I'm covering my face with both hands, crying, he taps my shoulder to say he's sorry. I DID NOT want him to TOUCH me and did NOT KNOW he was going to since my face was COVERED. I told him I know he's sorry and to go away. He left. Later Julie shows me their menu of services and through tears I agree to whatever she's pointing to. I'm uncomfortable, I'm crying, thank goodness I brought my earbuds so I could listen to music and disconnect. I'm texting my husband and updating him, I'm trying to relax, leaning into the massage chair, I start thinking of colors, then Mr. Technician decides to COME BACK, he had translated whatever he wanted to tell me on his phone and was now shoving it in my face to read it. I tell him to go away and he goes AGAIN to tap my shoulder but I quickly moved out of the way and told him to NOT TOUCH me and go away. I asked Julie to please tell him to stay away from me, which she did in their language. Manager walks out from the back, starts closing for the day. Now I have to watch Mr. Technician mop the floors. Having a lot of trauma related to how men treated me, it was really triggering my PTSD but I managed to keep myself calm and not have a meltdown. Manager and Julie are back and forth talking in their language. I feel very awkward, I know they are talking about me. Mr. Technician leaves. Ms. Manager has her purse and stuff and is ready to head out. She complements my bracelet, it's made out of beads and it has a sunflower pattern. A bracelet that used to belong to my (host) sister Kathleen. She passed away January 22. I tell the Manager "you know, usually people wear a sunflower as a symbol of a hidden disability, one that you can't see" and looked at her pointedly, she said "oh, I didn't know that", smiled and left. Well, this is what my toes look like now. The service was $85 since I got gel and I gave Julie all the rest of the cash I had, $8. Terrible, overpriced service. Julie tried her best but my toes look terrible, gel spilled over, jagged cuticles... but I am unwilling to EVER step foot in that establishment ever again. read more

1st time client: I tried the super deluxe pedicure and the head spa treatment. Loved both! Jennifer applied products that were specific to my dry skin issues and used a constant flow of warm steam and massage to ensure my skin absorbed all the moisture it could. My legs look amazing! Chelsea gave my head and face an invigorating massage that worked on my stress points. The hair products smelled wonderful and my hair felt silky soft afterwards. They use a custom designed table so that while I was getting the scalp/head/hair/face treatment my feet were soaking in a herbal treatment to promote detox and circulation. Included was a shoulder and neck massage while the hair conditioner soaked in. A new favorite of mine is the rainbow waterfall used to rinse my hair. This is definitely a FULL service salon. I called beforehand and made an appointment for a gel pedicure, when walking in they me right away, which was nice. When I sat down, he handed me the menu, asked me what pedicure I would like. I let him know basic gel pedicure. The first negative thing I noticed was the gentleman that was giving me a pedicure had his phone set up so he was able to watch I'm assuming a show a movie sports game ? I'm unsure, but he constantly stop my pedicure to pay attention to whatever he was watching on his phone I found this incredibly unprofessional. The next thing that I was disappointed about was the massage portion it was not long lasting maybe a minute or two... it wasn't enjoyable zero to no effort put in. he used a hot towel, but there was no hot rocks involved which I am usually used to getting, but I just assumed maybe it wasn't in the basic gel pedicure and didn't say anything. He moved on to painting my toenails he looked next to him to see if the gel LED light was charged unfortunately, it was dead. Continued painting my toenails and looked behind him at his Co worker multiple times and noticed that she is just starting to use gel LED lamp that she had.... he continue painting my toenails, and as he grabbed the clear polish, I stopped him and said " I wanted I gel pedicure" he looked at me crazy like he wasn't aware and laughed like it was my mistake. He knew I wanted a gel pedicure that's what I called and asked for, That's what I confirmed with him when I sat down and that's why he was looking for the LED gel lights but because one was dead and the other one was being used, he was trying to get away with is giving me a regular pedicure. Finally after removing all polish and re painting with a gel pedicure I had what I wanted not to mention, that was a waste of my time of having to sit while he repainted my toenails AGIAN. I went to the counter to pay and found it very unprofessional that when the Tip portion came around he came up to the counter and asked me for a tip it made me feel uncomfortable, especially because I wasn't satisfied with the pedicure. my pedicure was $55....This price seemed over the top I believe I was overcharged for a mediocre one minute massage, no hot rock, no sugar scrub and him getting my service wrong and having to redo my pedicure. The worst pedicure I've ever gotten! With the 20% off for the grand opening I paid $58 (not including the tip. During the pedicure , she cut my big toe nail and caused an ingrown from digging at the nail incorrectly. The woman who did my pedicure also cut my nail so short that my toe was bleeding. The nail polish came out uneven, one toe was even missing a bit of paint. It looks so sloppy, quite frankly a child could have painted it better. I was excited to try a new spot but was incredibly disappointed. Save your money and go somewhere else! Management offered to redo my pedicure, NO THANKS! Sent my adult daughter in for her engagement present to get ready for her photos. Took 2 hours for nails. The tech cut her finger. Called before going in was told 55 for full set. Also had a pedicure was told started at 35. Walked out paying 190!!! Called and was told that my daughter was who needed to call. I said I paid was told I was not the one at the register. I'm only giving this 3 stars because I'm highly disappointed by the actions of the employees on Monday evening. I will still continue to go here for my pedicures but not sure about my nails. . I had scheduled a gel x full set. I asked for one worker but she was busy so another hopped in. She immediately was aggressive with her drill and was running it hot so my nail beds got irritated. She began attempting to apply a gel x set in which she cured many of the nails completely crooked and had to soak off with acetone and re apply more than once. She jammed one gel x nail so far into my ring finger it was up in the skin and when I asked her to remove the nail I was done with the service she snickered and said the drilling would even it out and I said "no it won't it's in my skin I want the nail off" in which she shoved my nail into more acetone, cut cuticles and all. Mind you the other nails she had just re applied were not on they began popping off. At this point service was stopped and the gentlemen in the front said next time I need to stop it sooner. This implies that this mishap is on me and not your inept worker. My friend ended up hearing this girl was possibly in training and that was not disclosed to me at all. If that's not the case she does not know how to apply gel x and shouldn't be considered for offering that service. Furthermore the gel x set I ended up with is mediocre, will last a week at best but I was ill and needed to leave at that point. What's most disappointing is not even a discount was offered to my husband. Services were provided I don't need anything for free, however offering a 5 or 10% off next times services wouldn't have killed you to rectify how HORRIBLE this experience was for me. I absolutely love the pedicures here and I thought I had found a new home shop but for what I was charged for my services $143 later I'm so disappointed read more

This was my second visit. Initially I was worried about parking availability but both times I found it not to be an issue. If not right in front, there's nearby parking all around within short walking distance. I really wanted to say thank you again to Chelsea for giving me the service I asked for. They said yes, sat me down and I explained that I wanted to be quick and skip massages and frills because I just dropped my kiddo off at practice and wanted to get back. But the nail polishing literally was on my skin, she ended up going further when cleaning my nail and took a little bit of my skin, and the massage was only like 5 min I was literally out in 30 min. Quality: Lost two of my three day old full set gel nails on vacation. Wasn't doing anything to break them that easy. Other thing was clear coat peeling too. I have never had this happen before. Strange request: One of the managers sat back and told me to keep talking to my nail tech so that she can learn English. He told me to keep doing it and it made us both feel awkward. I want to help, but to push a customer to do this while relaxing is odd. She was very new here (I welcomed her) to the USA. Service took about an extra half hour than usual so maybe she is really learning. Plus my full set was cheap! $45.00 with special polish request. I was paying lower while the lady next to me was paying twenty more for basically the same thing. Good luck in there. I dont think its horrible, but I choose quality first. Not this place.
