I would never go back to this place!!! I sent my 13 yr old daughter in together her nails done. Two ladies conversed as she showed them the picture of the nails she wanted. One lady said yes I can do this. My daughter called me outside and says" Yes mom they can do it like the picture" I came into the nailshop and ask how much for a full set of this style. She walked over to another lady and ask. They litterally talked about 3 -4 minutes and then replied $150. My reply was, are you crazy? Ridiculous, you tried to manipulate a child who really wanted her nails done. You crushed her feelings. I left out upset and said let's go somewhere else and never come here again. I took my daughter to another nail shop, absolutely amazing. They were very welcoming and professional. Asked the same questions. Immediate reply we received, 1/2 the cost, and she left with a smile. First of all I thought I found a salon that actually provides great service well I was wrong. Never have I EVER had my nails break every other day. I get my nails done every 4 weeks or so but since i been coming to this salon I'm going everyday it seems like. First I came in to get a fill and got gel and of course the gel didn't last 1 whole day and neither did my nails instead of getting gel again I wanted red cat eye and the lady came back with purple cat eye polish I told her are u sure that is red she said oh yes yes and the lady kept trying to tell me it was red like are you color blind? If I'm paying for the service I want what I want not the color you say im going to get! Period! I paid $30 xtra to get cat eye instead of gel.yes they charged me for the cat eye even tho they messed up multiple times. i seen the colors and I picked the red I asked if putting black as a base would it make it appear darker like a deep red and of course I get yea yea, the nail lady said yes yes it's red well sure enough it was NOT RED it was pink/purple! I also don't appreciate you guys talking in your language after I complain because I said this isn't red it's pink/purple! I can feel you guys talking crap it's obvious! I'm confused like why advertise a color on a nail if it's not the right color or if u don't have it say that I'm confused! so anyway after I got the cat eye and it it came out to be a diff color I was annoyed and just went with it because I had to go again I don't live out here anymore was trying to get on the road! Bad customer service! When we came in they were busy and so we were asked to come back after an hour, which we did. There were only 3 clients being served and so we were confident that we will be next. I even gave my number in case they have availability before the hour. We shopped around but tree plaza to kill time, when we came back, the place was packed with eight customers! I was waiting on the lady to explain to us what happened but they were talking amongst each other in their vernacular that I cannot understand. Finally one lady came up to us saying they are short staffed. I did not have a problem with them being short staffed but I had a problem with them telling us to wait and come back when they obviously took more customers that came after us. She got started before I arrived, I went to station #8 for the physically roughest manicure, she took the tip off her drill and thew it on the floor, asked if she could please be a bit more gentle and then she cut the hell out of my finger didn't apologize or acknowledge and continued to file that bleeding spot. Since I was fairly distracted by chatting with my friend, I didn't notice where the tools came from - definitely not a package or container of disinfectant. This was the WORST manicure experience I have ever had... I have short natural nails. I asked for simple gel manicure, nothing fancy. She litterally finished the entire service in less than 15 minutes: no attention to detail, no thorough cuticle cleaning, no proper touch up after applying the gel. The application looks like a child painted my nails. She also did not go close to the cuticles when applying the gel, so it looks like I already had gel for two weeks. I loved their pedicures both times I was there, but the service was provided by a different technician. I wish I could give this technician 0 stars. read more

I noticed my nail was splitting, so I walked in on a Saturday afternoon about 1pm, and asked for a basic manicure (not gel) and nail repair. There were only two other customers in the salon. Initially Le looked like he was going to do my manicure but then he passed me off to Mai. Mai applied nail glue to my splitting nail and said that was the best she could do. Then she asked what shape I wanted and I said I want square nails with a rounded corner, she filed down my nails and then begin cleaning my cuticles, she didn't once ask if the shape or the length were okay. As she was about to apply the base coat I asked her to cut my nails shorter, and to make sure they are even - I even showed her the uneven nails. She said why didn't you tell me earlier to cut it down, and I replied I didn't know you weren't going to cut my nails. I felt like I was inconveniencing her that she had to actually cut my nails. As I left the salon I remembered that she didn't clean under my nails, but I didn't want to go back at that point. Once I got home, I noticed that the edges were jagged and were catching on my clothes, so I had to smooth them out, and file out the corners more to make them more rounded. I don't think I'll be coming back as I was hoping for a relaxing experience with a clean and even manicure, not one where I have to micromanage the nail tech. read more

This was my second time booking an appointment at Le Nails because my first experience was great. The nail tech who did my nails wasn't available so I chose another one when I booked the appointment online. I received a call from a lady saying that the appointment system booked two people for that time and if I could come back 50 mins later. I was already in the parking lot. I told the person who I spoke to that I was ok to have another available nail tech do my pedicure and that I didn't want to come back. I get that they have returning clients and they want to accommodate or whatever the case was. When I walked in, the majority of the technicians who were with clients asked me what I wanted. I told them my appointment time and that the nail tech I requested online is or will be with another client. So they asked want I wanted to do and I told them I booked for a pedicure and I'll take whoever and they started speaking in Vietnamese to each other then they were laughing and looking. I was confused because i just spoke to whomever called me a few minutes ago and that person knew what was going on. I felt embarrassed and ridiculed because they kept stating the original nail tech's name and speaking in their language and just laughing away. I was going to just walk out after I sat waiting because I thought that was so unprofessional and rude. I sat and waited for a couple of minutes but couldn't take it anymore since they were still chuckling about whatever it was while working on the ladies there at the pedicure stations. I got up and asked if anybody was going to take me because nothing was said after. That was when one said that I could go to a chair and I waited 5-10 mins for the nail tech to finish up with her client. I didn't get the tech's name that did my pedicure but she did good and wasn't part of the laughter so I wanted to thank her for that. read more

Have been here a few times and this is a great place to go if you get your nails done frequently because they have a great rewards system, especially if you pay cash only, you get more money off after 6 visits. I only got a pedicure done and it was amazing. They have a whole booklet of different pedicure's and I got the deluxe pedicure. Took about an hour total for my toes to finish drying but everyone in here was nice and seemed like family between customers and employees. This is a long one. So, I've been here multiple times before, and usually all is well. However, I'm still dealing with issues from my last service. I got a pedicure (and manicure) on Sunday morning. My technician was Le I believe? He wrote that on a stamp card so I'm assuming that's his name. First issue was that I got a menu of the pedicure services and the prices were wrong, they were apparently $5 more according to another menu he gave me that had the prices crossed out and taped on with a label maker. $5 is not a big deal, but as a business, it makes them look very unprofessional. The real issue is that while he was doing my pedicure, he decided I have ingrown big toe nails. I have never dealt with ingrown toe nails before so I wasn't expecting him to "cut them out". I'm pretty sure he just cut out my sidewalls and definitely ripped skin as he was doing it. On my second big toe I actually made a noise, obvious that it hurt as he was pulling it, and he said "shh shh shh" as if it was soothing me . He then sprayed alcohol on them because they immediately started to get red. Long story short, it's now tuesday and I am still dealing with the aftermath of him ripping out my nails from my skin. Sunday night my big toes were swollen and inflamed. Monday at work I was sore all day while walking, and I'm on my feet nonstop at work. Monday night I had to soak them in an Epsom salt bath because my right toe had PUS coming out from the side. Tuesday, my right toe seems to be settling down but my left toe now has pus. Currently writing this as I soak my feet in another Epsom salt bath. I'll post photos. Thursday, my right toe is pretty much healed but my left toe is getting worse. Very tender and swollen. Went to the doctors because the left toe wasn't healing and got put on antibiotics. Safe to say I unfortunately won't be going back here. read more

I dropped in without an appointment and after waiting only about 5 minutes Kayla performed a really good HONEY SCRUB PEDICURE for me - my first since being locked down due to Covid. I needed a little TLC today so I'm glad I went. Pedicure prices range between $30 and $65. Pros: Kayla was very skillful. She scrubbed and massaged my feet well, and the polish looked very nice. She took the right amount of time to make me feel pampered, and displayed a warm, likeable disposition towards the end of my service. Cons: Kayla DIDN'T open a sterile set of tools to use for my treatment. She did however for the lady (a regular) who had an appointment. Also, for some reason they think when they speak Vietnamese that customers don't know they are making fun of them, and they shouldn't do that. Its unprofessional, and hurtful. read more

Uneven nails, polish, polish not close to cuticles, cuticles not fully pushed back and painful experience when the guy pulled out a piece of skin with out asking me calling it an ingrown nail after I told him I didn't like it and told him to just cut it he had the audacity to do it on the other toe. This guy is clearly not trained and the overall experience was horrible. Now I have a swollen toe that is red and can possibly be or get infected.. it hurts. I took all polish off 1 day later bc it was just making me angry looking at it! All this for $50 + 20% tip. Just an awful experience and I hope no one has to experience this. read more

I want to warned everyone about this salon. I went to this salon for my wedding. It was highly recommended by a friend and I regret trusting her. What I received was far from what I asked. I asked for something close to a picture with nude pink fading to white with sparkle acrylic full set almond shape. I got highlighter pink fading to a clear. Not only the design was not what I asked for but they were chunky, lumpy, and uneven. Half my nails were crooked. When I got home I found acrylic power all over my fingers and it took me all night to get them off. Additionally my nails glowed in the dark 3 out of 5 of my fingers on both hands were bleeding as well. Against my better judgement I got a pedicure because their work I have seen on my friend and it's decent. The nail tech was pulling "ingrown" nails from my foot which was painful but now (2 days later) my toe is infected because it wasn't done by a doctor professional. This is something I never asked to be done by the nail tech either. Additionally, I was left with 5 blisters on my foot specifically where the nail tech scrubbed her life away. Overall, for the quality of work, and services received this is by far the worst salon possible in the Vacaville area. I would never recommend going to this salon. read more

I walked in to Le Nails around 5 p.m last Thursday and let's just say, I wish I would've known about this little gem a LONG time ago. I was getting ready for a trip to Arizona and haven't had my names done since 2019 and really needed a pedicure too. I was having a rough day and was looking forward to relaxing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the shop was very clean. Upon checking in, I had to complete a COVID symptom tracker. The shop was closing at 7 but they didn't hesitate to start me with a pedicure. I actually chose this design based on a photo I found looking at the other reviews. The guy who did my pedicure was amazing and gave me the best foot massage. I didn't catch his name. Sydney (I believe was her name) did my nails. She was friendly and personable. We had a good conversation and she paid attention to detail so much so, she stayed almost an HOUR after closing to finish my nails. The nails were around $75 and honestly I was expecting to have to pay more. As this was my first visit at this nail spa, I will definitely return and tell everyone about this place. She is really good! She's friendly and customer focused. She made sure to discuss with me to see what I wanted and what was important to me. We decided on a color and she got to work.
