I hired PSR to repair and remodel my master bathroom. I knew there was black mold damage under one…read moreof the sinks, a cracked shower pan and black mold in the shower. I was given an estimate it stated that I would have to purchase almost all of the materials. They had one of their employees who has design experience accompany me to choose some of the materials. I chose quality materials that were in my budget. PSR would not start my demolition until all of the materials were purchased and at my home. I was told the job would take about 2 weeks. The first day, a man showed up at my door around 10:15AM. He wasn't wearing a company shirt, no company logo on his vehicle and he spoke NO ENGLISH! I had already called the company office to see why no one had shown up yet so I had to guess that this was their employee. The demolition was started that day after a couple of more workers showed up a little later (None spoke English). I thought everything was going pretty well until the shower was being completed and I saw where there were several flaws I the workmanship. I informed PSR that these things needed to be corrected. They sent a woman to my house to translate so I could let their worker know what needed to be corrected. She was there or at least able to translate by phone up until week 3 when I found out later that she and the worker had a little "tiff" and she didn't show up at all. I asked the translator when they were going to start smoothing the walls to rid them of the texture that was part of the contract. They knew nothing about it so I showed her the contract. The company sent out an electrician who showed up at my house at 6:20 one evening who also spoke NO ENGLISH. They sent someone to measure for the new shower door who again, spoke NO ENGLISH! After 3 1/2 weeks of me sending pictures to PSR's office of things that needed to be corrected; walls that weren't smooth, electrical outlet showing right above the new LED mirror, really sloppy painting job, several areas on the shower where the tile was nicked, the trim was scratched,sloppy grout job, etc. etc. their rep came for the final check. I showed him the areas that needed to be corrected, he agreed and took pictures. I also stated on the form their rep had me sign that all of these issues needed to be corrected and I was assured they would be corrected. I was told that if I found anything else later that needed to be corrected to just let them know. A week ago I send about 15 photos of things that needed to be corrected to their rep, Mark. I have heard NOTHING from him nor anyone else at PSR!! When I had an estimate from PSR to have my bathroom repaired/remodeled I also got an estimate for a kitchen repair/remodel. Let's see, after all of the issues I have with my bathroom, would I even think of having them do my kitchen!!! My rate of 3 stars is being very generous since as far as I'm concerned, they haven't completed my bathroom to my satusfaction!​

Well guess what - it didn't even come close because using a water based polyurethane will only give you a natural color not the darker finish I had. They had no idea of this and were trying to put a stain on my floor to match the rest of the floor. Now as a Bona Certified Craftsman that has been in business for 12 years you would expect him to be educated in what he does but they were clueless. He told us the job would take 3 days but they were done in 7 hours because water based can be reapplied in 2 hours versus oil based that has to dry overnight. He stole our $1,000. deposit justifying it that he sanded the floor. He claims he wasted product but how is that our fault if he doesn't know what he is doing!

These stains are not coming off & not drying. We are in kitchen business & have never experienced such horrible quality stone that stains & you cant remove the stains.
