Top notch customer service. Absolutely stunning products. Extremely high quality. Silvana was extremely accommodating and helpful and actually let us take a large mock up of a mosaic we were considering home to see it in our space. Once we decided to go with this mosaic, she worked with her designer to insure we had the correct amount of sheets to complete the space. She even provided a cut diagram for the installer to work from. Also suggested grout and sealer that would work best with our mosaic. This place has such a beautiful collection of tile. They have a small but neat and clean showroom right on Route 35 close to the Grove. It is a high end store but they treated me with respect and professionalism the moment I walked in. I had browsed their website and wanted to see the tile in person. I ended up purchasing the White Rivershell Hexagon Mosiac floor tile for my bathroom. I saved money by picking it up myself at the warehouse instead of having it delivered. The warehouse wasn't far and the money saved was worth the drive. The tile is gorgeous and unique. If you are looking for wall or floor tile and want to splurge, Artistic Tile is definitely worth a try. read more
