She locked in my date quickly, accommodated a trial reschedule, and even reworked the timeline to include my mom and mother-in-law when they decided last-minute they wanted makeup too. On the day of the wedding, she was calm, focused, and ready for anything. At one point, my dad came into the bridal suite earlier than expected and immediately teared up -- which, of course, got me crying too.
