So, I used the app to get a quote since I thought my vacuum needed a tune-up and maybe a broken agitator belt fixed. His price was super reasonable. Here's the thing-- no storefront. Victor actually picks up and delivers your vacuum. He grabbed mine the next day (Monday) and had it back to me by Sunday. When he picks it up, there's no invoice or prepayment -- just the honor system. If you're skeptical, you might worry you'll never see your vacuum again, but Victor keeps you updated via IM the whole time until he shows up with your like-new vacuum.
