When asked why he wouldn't come for the emergency call but took the job from the property management he stated that it was 9pm and he's not coming out for the night to turn the entire apartment buildings main water off for 12 hours. Yet this fake company's location is about 3 blocks from the job. He also doesn't know what he is doing and refused to listen to the real issue stating my busted pipe was only a small leak and when I showed him proof he ignored the actual video of the water spraying out not "leaking" he still will tell you that you are wrong. Want to waist your time use this guy!

He's always been responsive and prompt, even in emergencies. He's even given me free parts when I had small issues I could handle myself (handy because he lives a few blocks from me.) I admit I am puzzled by some of these negative reviews, including at least one by somebody who lives in another state. Not only was our heat exchanger broken, but most of the circuit boards were fried. Blowing not only CO2 into our house but they also made us aware of a scary possible electrical problem in our electrical supply or the electrical in our home, for the boards to be fried but it never popped the breaker.. The owner of the business came out the next day to give us a quote. He checked all the returns, the supply, the duct work and the furnace itself. Went over our budget and our needs before giving us information on what he felt were our best options. He was extremely friendly and very polite. And was very upset he didn't have any space heaters to lend us to keep us warm in the meantime.. which I never expected him to offer in the first place. After we gave him the go ahead they started work Thursday October 13th. Immediately got it running to the point that we had heat! Yay!! Now we did require more work than the simple swapping of furnaces so the install took three full days, Thursday, Friday and Monday. But every single person at our home, was courteous and polite, neat with not only their work but between days, and left the area spotless when they left. What the owner, Greg, said was very true.. "There may be people cheaper than us, but you will not find another company that takes the time or does the quality of work that we do." Thank you so much!

And as such, I was able to get things temporarily working until they came by to do a proper fix. The prior HVAC place sent a person out here in person, where they should have been able to see/hear the cause of the problem. All they did is clean the flame sensor and suggest that we completely redo the furnace exhaust system, and they had the audacity of charging hundreds (and proposing thousands) for things completely unrelated to the problem. Jim is knowledgeable, courteous, and is excellent at what he does. I couldn't imagine even considering any other place for HVAC needs.

I called around to a couple of HVAC companies seeking help installing a new thermostat. Ours was on…read morethe fritz, and got to the point that the AC stopped working altogether the night before Accurate came to the rescue. The other companies didn't answer their phone nor returned my messages. But Brandon called me back within an hour. When I explained our issue (before we killed our AC completely), he gave me a couple pointers and sent us on our way to do the install on our own. We have done one previously, so I was grateful that he was willing to point us in the right direction rather than giving us a service call. He even called me back after he looked up the new thermostat we were attempting to install because he wanted to be sure we knew we would need a PEK installed also. I was again so grateful that he went out of his way to try and help us along. Unfortunately, our wiring situation was a bit messed up from the start, and when the thermostat died, I called Brandon back (third call). He squeezed us into his schedule the next morning, showed up right on time, and had our new thermostat connected and working in less than 90 minutes. He even walked me through some of the setup steps I would need to do now that we had one of those fancy wifi contraptions. He was prompt, professional, and thorough. A Gentleman named appropriately Daniel picked up. I told him the issues we were having with our water heater over the phone. He told me that he probably already knew what needed to be done. He told me he would come take a look at it. He was here within 20 minutes of the call. He seemed very clean and professional with his uniform and work van. I invited him in and showed him the water heater. He was very kind and easy to talk to. He did a series of tests to check the water heater. He then showed me what was wrong, gave me a number of options of how we could fix this, gave me a price for each option, and told me how we could prevent such problems in the future. All prices were VERY reasonable and he did a fantastic job. Not like other plumbers who seem to slop everything together and run. Dan took his time, kept his work area clean, and left me with a completely fixed water heater at a great price. I would suggest Daniel and his expertise to anyone in the community. I explained the situation regarding the other call and that I had to give them a chance to contact me 1st as I would have honestly preferred to have the A/C on immediately and he was fine no pushiness, rudeness, or anything. He gave me his rate and just told me to let him know. A total of 2 hours passed since we made the original Emergency Call with no response so we texted Al and he replied ok and he was here at 732AM with an assistant and they did the job with an addition that we hadn't even thought of or considered and all still for the same quoted price. I could go into detail as to what happened what he did and etc but he's an HVAC guy suffice to say he knows what he is doing and we had A/C blowing in the house within 10 minutes of his arrival. I could not give a higher recommendation or commendation, kudos, or any other form of praise to this man and his company.
