I simply decided to buy a car elsewhere and I left a review of my experience on their Facebook page. Their online salesperson, Jacqueline Nelson, then sent me multiple personal messages and tried to friend request me. I simply deleted her messages and friend request and did not reply. She then used the information I gave their business to have everyone online harass me. They literally posted my name, Facebook page, phone number, and even my home address online and told people to harass me. They then asked for people to find out where I work so they could harass me there. Little did they know, I am a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. military, and they decided to harass me, on 9/11 of all days. Not only is this business unprofessional, but they simply have no morals and will use your personal information to harass you, and even post it online for the world to use.

Mike said yes right away and he even gave me a break on the price. The driver Sunny came within minutes and towed the car back to NYC. It was at least a 3 hour transport. He was professional and a nice guy. Dingees came through for me when I was stranded,, not sure what I would have done without them.
