Dingee's Towing is a reliable family owned business. It's run by Mr. Dingee and his two sons and one of them always picks up the phone. I like calling a place and being able to reach the owner right away, especially when it comes to my cars. The Dingee's also happen to be very knowledgeable about the towing business having been around for as long as I can remember (I'm 30 years old). Their trucks are regularly the first to respond to accidents, they are friendly with police and other towing companies and I've seen first hand their drivers talking down stressed people post accident. You can always count on Dingee's to be there and provide first class service! On top of all of this the Dingee's really do care about the community. Alex and Rob just completed removing my car, which was in park, from the garage without a scratch. Rob was punctual, friendly, and quickly assessed the situation. When he was concerned about causing damage to my car, he called for backup. Enter Alex, in a different truck with different equipment. They worked quickly and were able to get me one step closer to being able to drive my car again! My ford Explorer took a turn for the worse on rte 9 next to the on ramp for the Mid-Hudson bridge. I called Dingee`s Towing after a Google search. A gentleman named Mike answered my call and said he would be at my location in 30-40 minutes...he was there in 25. He had it on the flatbed in no time and we took a 5 mile ride North of Poughkeepsie. He place it right in my driveway ...I tried to tip him but he refused. He really just loves his job. 5 Star service hands down and I highly recommend this company !! read more

Was taking a trip out to NY, 86 miles from home, and suddenly the car had a Christmas light show on the dash. Our driver Sunny truly was our savior!! Despite being in a sucky situation, we took a 2h drive together that honestly was super entertaining and made a bad thing turn good. we call and they had the tow truck driver call us. he gave us an ETA of 45 minutes and was there way before that. He was great able to get my car loaded even with the wheels locked into place.
