Dave Landry was there within 20 minutes and started the cleanup process. He had one of his men bring over a huge dehumidifier connected to mats to suction the water from the floor in the kitchen, saving the floors. Then big blowers started drying the water in the ceiling. The ceiling eventually needed work, but all of his crew was helpful, careful and courteous. I am very appreciative and recommend them highly.

He seems to have a lot of good sources for replacing unusual radiators, hardwood floors, etc. He seems to know all of the insurance adjusters, contractors, and even gives tips on local restaurants and entertainment. I just got it back and it's keeping perfect time. About 10 years before this, I sent my Rolex to California Watch Repair (another so-called Rolex repair company) to do a service, and a month later my watch had visible water droplets on the inside crystal. I found The Watch Repair Center and after speaking with Errol I sent it to him. He cleaned out all the water damage, replaced everything that was irreparable and then did a full service. It then ticked as a Rolex should, and no water issues from then on. I can't speak highly enough about Errol and his wife Michelle. 20 Stars out of 10! Seriously!
