They then found a way to still do it even though the text message confirming on my end never went out, so there was a snafu. Packing up was great. The two guys who came were friendly and polite. I noticed them wiping their feet every time they went into the house. I saw what they were doing--packing wise, carrying--and it was respectful of the stuff as well as their own safety (important, you know). This has been during Covid19, and even though most people where we're at dispense with masks, they wore them in the house and whenever they and I were talking, also with social distancing then. Price. OK, by nature we always think "it's too expensive." They were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive of who I checked out. But they were highly recommended by my brother, so I went with them. I then decided to store the stuff at their warehouse. Again, not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. So when all is said and done, fair price in general, and very fair considering how satisfied I am. About my brother's experience. He had exactly the same experience. My move was across several town lines. His moves was across several state lines.

They worked very late to finish up, everything arrived in good shape. They were kind to assemble and arrange heavy things that I could never manage. Their estimator person really underestimated how much there was so the bill was a lot more than I budgeted for, but I saw first hand how many hours of heavy work they put in so the final total was fair. We would surely use them again but next time I would plan that the price will be more than anticipated.

Their office hours are only 8am-11am so if they forget the trash you can't get ahold of them until the next day for someone to come get it. And they would send someone out the next day. The last straw was they didn't show up to pick up our trash so I called and left a message on their Facebook messenger and never got a reply. Turns out we didn't pay the last months bill but we also didn't receive a bill like normal. Instead of communicating this they just didn't pick up the trash and ignored our calls and messages.
