They sent some one to fix it but you definitely see the repair, but the most annoying thing is when it was being prepared the floor wasn't pitched correctly so water pools right in front of the door leading into the house. Broken spring, cables and a bent bracket. Called them before 9am on a Friday and by mid morning they had already been to house, gave an estimate and returned to their shop. By mid afternoon, all parts were repaired or replaced, door works and at a very reasonable price. I mainly use Yelp for food and bar reviews but the service I got from C&R definitely necessitated a good review. Knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable prices.
