My membership covers a free tow to their service station nearby, or extra charge to the Dealer, who usually services it. Decided to have my car towed here instead of "the dealer". Driver was very nice. They evaluated it pretty quickly and told me they'd gave to get a part from the dealer. That wouldn't be in until Monday. I rented a car with their help and they actually drove me to Hertz! $100 for 4 days: Fri-Mon. So far, so good. Everyone was polite and pleasant. Intermission Second Act: Monday: your car won't be ready until tomorrow- the part isn't in. Hertz says $80 for the extra day. Ugh!! Tuesday: Hertz: we are open until 6. I take off work early and call Hertz on the way, only to find out their driver leaves s at 4:30. I hurry. Timing is tight. I get there at 4:30, and the fellow will take me back to AAA, but I am 1/2 hour over the limit, which no one ever mentioned. HOW much for that 1/2 hour? $37!!! I should have had them tow me to the dealer: I have a feel they would have had a part in stock If had to do it again based on what I know now....

It was in good condition, and was glad to have the air conditioning on a hot day. Returning it was hassle-free. They sell cardboard boxes inside the building, but in what I thought was a nice touch, there was a drop-off area for used boxes people could leave or take for free. It was empty, but still.

Not to be unexpected due to liability concerns while on their property, absolute limited access to your property aside from retrieving personal belongings. That aside, they were agreeable to towing vehicle to a bay to retrieve recently-installed tires for a fee. Would certainly consider them for towing services and/or basic repair services, but suggest considering where your vehicle is towed to in the event of an accident - home or your preferred service provider. This is in no means to meant as a ding against the merchant, just something to consider. $600+ Retrieval/towing from accident scene, $186 relocation and tire swap.

Although the assigned person was very pleasant they gave us totally incorrect information about the vehicle warranty and also regarding some of the vehicle features. We did not realize the info we received was bad until we did our own research when we arrived back home. Prior to discovering the bad info we actually put a large deposit on the vehicle. Upon discovering the bad info we were going to call off the purchase but decided to go back to the dealership a few days later to speak to a Sales Manager. We made contact with a Sales Manager by the name of Walter. In short, he was honorable and outstanding! He listened to our issues and corrected the wrong feature info we were given and, more importantly, he agreed to honor the vehicle warranty that the original sales person had told us - as incentive for us to purchase the vehicle. He also assigned us a new Sales Representative by the name of Kia Smith. Kia was absolutely SUPER fantastic! She went over every feature detail, answered all of our related questions, and actually sat in the vehicle with us to demonstrate the features. Walter's high degree of integrity and Kia's truly outgoing personality and depth of knowledge saved the vehicle sale for the dealership. These two individuals are an absolute credit to their employer and we would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. This was our second vehicle purchase from this dealership and there will be more (but hopefully not for a while :))

Instead of approaching people by introducing himself, he comes to you asking "what is your question" then goes to try and snatch papers from your hand when you try to communicate your frustration of an increased price that you never signed or agreed to. Every dealership I have visited will quote you one price with all fees and taxes included, this dealership does not. They will provide you with a quote without adding or mentioning taxes, and when you arrive they have this 80 year old 'tuff guy' who embarrasses himself trying to intimidate you. Keep an eye out for the clown with the colorful sneakers limping around.

The Bad: Sold me a car that was supposedly owned by an employee and taken good care of. I purchase the car only to find out that the touch screen is half dead. I cannot connect CarPlay, I cannot connect my phone via BlueTooth. I cannot change the sound settings other than the volume. Either the employee lied when he traded it in or the dealer lied when selling the car. Either way it is not a good look and either way I still don't have a working car. Called late Friday afternoon about a leak from our hot water tank. Call was answered, my info taken…read morebut she suggested I call first thing in the am when they opened. Call was answered Saturday morning and I was transferred to service. I opted for the first available technician instead of choosing my own. (Needed this repair asap since we are from out of town and using the camper) I got an appointment for the very next morning. Within 2 hours I received a call saying it was all finished and covered under our warranty. The technician explained the leak came from 2 separate hoses (one that was only visible after removing the tank), those were tightened. He made sure there was no crack in the tank and even straightened the tank because it was installed crooked. After we were finished I asked if there was another way to loosen the water filter because I couldn't get it to budge. He got it loose for me. Thank you to everyone in the service dept for helping fix our trailer and getting us in and out so fast! I'm sorry so many others had bad experiences, but I certainly did not. I will go back if I ever need service in the Albany area.
