A week later batteries died prematurely, sent it back and they replaced them. At that time I asked again to do a thorough check and a service. Almost a week later I got it back and the tires were under inflated and within a few hrs of use the cart started handling worse. I jacked up the front and front tires and suspension very loose . I suspect at the least bad bushings. I now have it scheduled somewhere else for a full service and repair of defects.

It was going to be another brutally hot Florida day, so I was going for a golf cart ride early in the morning. Oh s**t, I had a flat tire! Worse, it was so bad it had to be replaced, not repaired. Double Oh s**t! I waited until 8:30 am, gave these folks a call and they answered right away. They could be at my place by 10:30. Wow! I expected them to say the next day. The son of this father-son business showed up on time and as usual, was friendly, efficient, and got right to work. Bim, bam, boom, in no time, I had a brand-new tire mounted and ready to go. Even better, the total charge including the house-call was less than $100! So, in less than three hours, the job was done. That is five-star service so five-stars is what they deserve!

I'm a widowed senior lady still living independently in a gated community in central Florida. For the present time at least, my only means of transportaton is my (much like myself), a vintage model golf car, which enables me to get around quite nicely in my rather large community, to an Aldi's grocery, a Walgreen's drug store & several other local nearby businesses. Much to my dismay, a few days ago, it was fully charged but when started up, it would not move more than an inch or so either forward or backward, but just kept jerking & shaking. I called Tony, though a busy man, was able to get over in only a couple of days, checked everything thoroughly, found & fixed the problem for a lower fee than I expected, plus doing all the work right in my carport without having to load it up & take it off somewhere to a shop for an undetermined time which has happened a few times in the past with other shops. I am a very happy camper who sincerely appreciated Tony's excellent knowledge of golf cars & personalized service. You don't find that often enough anymore from the owner of a business.

They denied causing it and claimed it was already like that, but I have proof showing the condition of my car before it was brought in. They also stated that my hood was never opened by them, but after I provided camera footage showing otherwise, the response changed to saying they "so we can't open the hood?"They refused to fix the damage and even threatened to remove me from the property for trespassing instead of trying to resolve the issue. They also refused to provide any video proof showing when they opened my hood.Thankfully, I had my own camera footage and was able to see a mechanic pushing something back into place, which raises even more questions. Their own before pictures don't show the damage being present before the work was done, and the difference between their photos and how my car looked afterward is clear.I know my car was not like this before I brought it in. I wouldn't waste my time making a complaint over something I knew was already there. All I wanted was for them to take responsibility and fix what happened. They also brought up unrelated information about body shops and clips, but that doesn't change the fact that before I went there, my hood opened normally without anything popping out. After getting my car back, it no longer does.At the end of the day, I just wanted honest service and for the issue to be handled properly. Unfortunately, that's not what happened.

The gentleman who answered the phone told me that they could fit me in at 9 a.m., and from there, it was a matter of approximately 30 minutes for one of the men there to jack up my car, remove the tire, find the location of the leak, fix it, and remount the tire to my car. There were TWO pieces of metal that had caused the problem, which surprised me, as I hadn't known that was even possible! Lol The price for all that was very reasonable, in my opinion, and if -- when, really -- I have that or any other tire-related issue, I will absolutely call Royal Tire Service again! Needless to say drove south on 27 found *****PATTON TIRE***. UNBELIEVABLE $25 A TIRE MOUNTED AND BALANCED...... Response from the owner 4 hours ago: Nobody would install 37x12.50R22LT on a dually truck for $25! Besides, nobody mentioned anything about the tire lube. We don't charge people for tire lube. It's about the LABOR, not the tires. If you find "cheap" tires online, it does not mean it's cheap to mount them. Those tires would break anybody's back to just roll them out of the bed of your truck, let alone mounting them. It takes 2 people to work on each single tire. Our prices are fair, but we can't work on a dually truck for $25. My response: Things couldn't be more evident that you're are an opportunist and scammer. I don't own a dually but based on you're reply HE must have been smart enough to not use you're piss poor service. You saw my young face and thought to yourself "got one". Ali be the same man here you were when you looked me in my eye and said "the tire lube is very expensive".... My wife and I were in the market for a new golf cart. Since we live in a retirement community, Del Webb Orlando, we started asking our neighbors for recommendations. Each time we asked we were given the name "Art's Carts," located in Dundee. Since I was busy, my wife and a good friend went to Art's Carts to look around. Five minutes later, I received a phone call from my wife who had already chose an EVolution golf cart and asked if I preferred red or Mediterranean blue. Salesman Jame and the owner Art made the purchase go as easy as possible which included giving us a credit towards the purchase for the trade in on our older EzGo cart. The cart I chose was a special order, It was promised to be delivered on Monday between 9 - 12. Art's picked up my evolution cart I bought from them about a year ago to fix a warantee issue. Not only did they fix the issue but also detailed my cart and fixed a couple other issues I didn't realize that I had. I have bought 4 carts from Art's over the last 25 plus years. We looked at new, but we were not buying that day, until a used came in, 10 minutes before we were leaving. Contacted them to paint and service a golf cart. They gave me a price of $649 and $99 respectively…read more Told me to come in to pick out a color but when I did, they didn't have a color book. I pointed out a golf cart in their showroom and asked for that color (Duke Blue with flakes). They said it would be done in a week and a half, maybe two weeks. After two weeks I called and they knew nothing about my golf cart but would "find it" for me. They called back and said they had no paper work on it but they did have my cart and it would be ready in a week. I called back in a week and they again said they knew nothing about it, had no paperwork, but would look into it. I told †hem I wanted a call back from the manager and was told "he'll call if he has time." He did call and apologized and let me know that the cart was ready but they scratched the new paint job while putting the roof back on. I got the cart after three weeks and it was not serviced and the color did not have the flakes. I paid them the asking price for the paint work minus 10%. They are the most disorganized company I have ever worked with and the people I spoke with by phone were rude, except for the manager, Corky. I would not recommend this business since there are many other companies that will do a better job with fewer if any hassles.
