I contacted Jenkins to rent a 4 person cart for about 3 months while in Florida for the winter…read more They delivered the first cart on time and friendly driver. Within a week I found the cart had little power and the battery was discharging to need a recharge every 2 days with little usage. With 4 people on the cart and a slight incline the cart barely made it. I contacted Jenkins and was told they had no additional carts but will contact back. A week or so later they came by with another cart to use. This one had power to move 4 people. Unfortunately within a week I found the cart had no lights so contacted back and informed of no lights. A week or so later they sent a tech out and connected the lights. This worked a day until I realized the rear lights did not turn off so the battery would discharge, I had to disconnect the lights from the battery when not needing the light and reattached when needing the lights. Contacted Jenkins back, they were to fix the first cart and redeliver that. A week or so later they delivered a completely different cart, this one worked. Unfortunately the lights on this cart stopped working, checked the fuses and found the fuse block was corroded. Contacted Jenkins back, they were going to send the tech back but a week later no show, I contacted them back and told them not to bother as they were scheduled to pick up about 2 weeks later. This was throughout 3 months of use I had a fully usable cart for about 2 to 3 weeks. The people in the park I was at thought this was funny but sad. It is clear that Jenkins does not keep their carts in good working order. I cannot recommend them and would have to believe that a sale would be no different.

It was going to be another brutally hot Florida day, so I was going for a golf cart ride early in the morning. Oh s**t, I had a flat tire! Worse, it was so bad it had to be replaced, not repaired. Double Oh s**t! I waited until 8:30 am, gave these folks a call and they answered right away. They could be at my place by 10:30. Wow! I expected them to say the next day. The son of this father-son business showed up on time and as usual, was friendly, efficient, and got right to work. Bim, bam, boom, in no time, I had a brand-new tire mounted and ready to go. Even better, the total charge including the house-call was less than $100! So, in less than three hours, the job was done. That is five-star service so five-stars is what they deserve!

Avoid This Company - Nightmare Experience from Start to Finish…read more I wish I had read reviews like this before ordering from Golf Carts USA. What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a months-long ordeal. Delivery: They promised 2-4 weeks for delivery. It actually took 8 weeks -- double their longest estimate -- with little communication along the way. Missing Paperwork: When the cart finally arrived, it came without the LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle) paperwork, which is required documentation. I had to chase them down just to get basic compliance paperwork sorted out. Safety Issues: Once I got the cart, it didn't function properly and had safety issues. This is not a minor inconvenience -- this is a vehicle, and it wasn't safe to operate. Warranty Support: Getting warranty support was its own battle. It took three weeks to receive a replacement battery, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong battery. Three weeks of waiting for the wrong part. Communication: Simply put, they don't answer the phone and don't respond to messages in any reasonable timeframe. Getting a response felt like a part-time job. Had to Get a Lawyer: It got to the point where I had to involve legal counsel just to get this company to take the issues seriously. No customer should have to do that just to get what they paid for. Bottom Line: The only part of this company that works flawlessly is their credit card machine. They'll charge you instantly and then leave you to deal with delays, defective products, and radio silence on your own. I would not recommend Golf Carts USA to anyone considering a purchase.

They have other locations in Central Florida. They have all the services of a typical car dealership, but the focus is golf carts. In addition to sales & service of new and used carts, they sell accessories. They also do golf cart customization which is a big deal to many folks. Yes, golf cart envy really is a thing! I stopped in to check them out and received a tour. Of course, everything is brand new and spiffy shiny! Two people touched me, and they were great. It looks like I have a new business to consider for my future golf cart needs. Based on location, beautiful facility, and friendly folks that answered all my questions, I'm going four-stars for now!

He was really focused on what we wanted and when we test drove both carts, he let us have time and space alone, without us asking to talk things over and decide what we wanted. This no pressure was much appreciated! When we came a couple of days later to pick up the cart, everything was ready including a couple of reflectors that my husband mentioned he would like on the cart. Dale was polishing the cart when we walked in, went over everything and loaded the cart on the trailer for us himself. We loved everything about this experience. May be going back for a couple of electric bicycles!
