I pointed out a golf cart in their showroom and asked for that color (Duke Blue with flakes). They said it would be done in a week and a half, maybe two weeks. After two weeks I called and they knew nothing about my golf cart but would "find it" for me. They called back and said they had no paper work on it but they did have my cart and it would be ready in a week. I called back in a week and they again said they knew nothing about it, had no paperwork, but would look into it. I told †hem I wanted a call back from the manager and was told "he'll call if he has time." He did call and apologized and let me know that the cart was ready but they scratched the new paint job while putting the roof back on. I got the cart after three weeks and it was not serviced and the color did not have the flakes. I paid them the asking price for the paint work minus 10%. They are the most disorganized company I have ever worked with and the people I spoke with by phone were rude, except for the manager, Corky. I would not recommend this business since there are many other companies that will do a better job with fewer if any hassles.

When I did not hear from Todd on Tuesday June 29th I called Todd and told him we have a religious event that we need to leave for at 4pm on Friday, July 2nd. So he promised to deliver the club cart by 3:30pm the latest. Today is July 1st, Samantha calls when I was not home to say drive was going to deliver today. I call her back saying we had an appointment to deliver tomorrow no later than 3:30 pm. She said no he can't deliver until after 3:30pm. I then said that is not what we agreed to. Then I had to call then text Todd with the same run around. Then after firmly telling him again are plans can't be changed - he then says he will be here by 3:30pm Friday. My husband and I are now have concerns and hope he follows through with a clean well working Club cart. Update Todd came at 9:30am today and tried to make up for his overbooking himself just before July 4th weekend. As a result I raised the review from 3 stars to 4 stars. Just make sure you keep repeating your expectations as the buyer.
