My husband and I think the muffler on my husband's Honda Odyssey is going bad. I called Art's Master Muffler and Brake Center to inquire about a new muffler. I thought the man who answered the phone said his name was Howard. I said "Howard?" He said: "No Art." I said: "Art. I'm sorry. I couldn't hear you." Then I said "May I ask you a few questions please?" I was about to ask him questions pertaining to our prospective purchase of a new muffler. In answer to my inquiry: "May I ask you a few questions please?" He replied: "I'm busy with a customer now. You have a nice day." They must be over-the top outstanding if they stay in business treating people who call them for the first time this way. My muffler was broke into half and was rattling and making all kind of noises and everywhere I called was trying to charge me entirely too much so I googled some more shops and that's when I found Arts Master Muffler & Brake Center So me and my fiancé took my car up there for them to look at it and tell me what they think. Friends suggested that I bring my car to Art's Master Muffler to have my muffler checked out. They said he has a good reputation. I arrived shortly after the shop opened today, April 12, 2021, and he was already working on a customer. When he got to me he put my car on the machine to check it out while I waited in the office. He finally told me there was nothing wrong with my muffler. Didn't charge me. Was very courteous and friendly. Even told me how to flush the water out of my gas tank to keep my car working well. I was heading out of town and realized that my catalytic converter had been cut off and stolen the night before. My car would not run right and sounded like a jet engine roar. Art is a true Godsend. On the way from KS to FL my muffler started to make a noise that was not okay.
