$5 tix? the box office was advertising $5 tickets! i bought my tix online which include a $1.50…read moreprocessing fee, total was $6.50 for admission. my partner and i came to see zootopia 2. i loved the theater. it is very quaint and small. it is a downtown theater with three screens, restrooms and a concession stand. the staff is very kind, the box office was attentive and friendly. there also happened to be a birthday party of 70 in attendance but the movie theater crowd was loving the zootopia. i enjoyed my experience stopping in for a movie ;)

It was already a bummer with the last ownership changed and the prices of food and drinks increased, but now to see that there is no more special on Tuesdays and the tickets are a whopping $15.50 for a very outdated theater is so disappointing. There is no one in Big bear midweek so this was a great deal for locals, sad to say we'll he finding another Tuesday activity.

Not only is the air cold, it smells fresh. Also, you don't need to bring a ski parka into the theater with you. Unlike other movie theaters around, this one was perfect. In terms of temperature. The food is exceptional. In addition to reasonable prices, they also serve beer, wine, and hard cider. Especially noteworthy was a concession employee named Shane. He made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. That's such a rare thing these days. This visit was such a breath of fresh air. In more ways than one, I will probably become a a regular here in the future. Highly recommended.

The bathrooms were very clean. The theater itself is small with no assigned seating, but if you get there early enough then you're fine. Staff is super friendly and conversational, and made the experience great! Seating was overall decent. They are cushioned. Perfect space in between each seat and lots of leg room at the front. Side tables in between every seat where you can put popcorn, food, and drinks, which is great for couples like myself and my husband to utilize to share our snacks. I did wish the seats reclined more, however all in all that's pretty minor compared to the entire experience of going to the theater. Highly recommend coming here, prices for 2 movie tickets, a large popcorn and large drink (with free refills) is really decent and of great value.

Visited for the first time in August and it was $10 an hour. They have a lot of awesome pinball…read moremachines. Even the restroom is decked out in gamer decoration. Be aware though, there's a very slight gap in the doorway. The parking lot is right in front. Seems like plenty of spots though it was almost full when we arrived on an early Sunday evening. Doesn't seem like it would take long to find a spot though. Ernie and Sarah helped us out at the counter. Really nice and helpful employees. Ernie gave us stickers too. There are so many fun games here. They have pinball, rhythm games, old school fighting games and physical games like the mario sonic olympics. Crazy how "heavy" the older pinball machines games feel, like Pirates of the Carribean. I was having a blast with the X-men and Deadpool machines though. They also have a big screen for the latest Mortal Kombat game. You just need to ask for controllers. Ernie informed us they have all day sale options on certain days as well. A great experience!
