This review is for their new location not the street front shop but the one that you can find out in the back patio. I believe this spot used to be a legal firm, but I was delighted to discover that it was now taken over by the just fabulous team! If you've wandered into their street front store for a gift before, then you definitely need to take a stroll through the little park in the back to this location. If you are like me and have struggled to find gifts for those most difficult people in your life who seem to have everything this might be the perfect one stop. Stunning and unique coffee table books to bar sets and elegant candle offerings. Every corner is styled beautifully and super easy to browse. Often times I feel overwhelmed by these boutique shops, but everything was well spaced with easily located price tags. I spoke with an associate Shannon who is an absolute sweetheart, and happy to walk me through the shop and explain every corner and provide suggestions and offerings. I felt so horrible because I wasn't here to buy gifts, but this will be one of my recommendations for anyone looking to get an elevated present. Understand that these are curated items and the price reflects this. I recommend that you take some time to explore every corner because there were a few small gift items that were more limit budget range. I love this more than any other store in Palm Springs so I was excited to hear that they have opened a second business behind this one that has more home furnishings, kitchenware, and quirky gifts. This store is the one I send all the visitors to when they come visit me because there's something very uniquely Palm Springs about it and it's just a great way to find tchotchkes and books, cards, and other collectibles. Bonus: it's right next to the KOFFI that has the outdoor garden patio that you can sit in. read more

A totally fabulous store just like the name suggests. Located in downtown Palm Springs this shop is filled with wonderful treasures of home goods, decor, and gag gifts. Coming during the Christmas season is ideal as their ornaments selection is out of control! The Christmas trees and decor in the store make it a winter wonderland if the North Pole was filled with hot pink, glitter, and fringe! This shop is really a delight as they have super cute items which make for the perfect gifts or a new accessory for your home. Aside from the Christmas ornaments and decor they have glassware, candles, coffee table books, and cards. You name it and you can likely find it here. Staff are super nice and purchasing was a breeze despite how busy the shop was. They had a good amount of help during the Christmas season and I was appreciative for that as the shop does get busy. The only reason I docked a star was some items are a little pricy for what they are. I get this store makes it's convenient as your finding really little fun and niche gifts all in one place but the up charge on some items did seem a little much. Candles I've found on Etsy for $12 are $20+ here. Also while the ornaments were super fun they ranged $25-$50 each! It's a shame because if they were better priced I could have easily wanted to buy more but just couldn't justify it. I bought a poodle ornament for $25 which was already steep in my opinion. Found another cute poodle one for $40 and a sparkly dirty martini for $50 and realized I needed to walk away. This store is cute and fun in all the right ways to lure you inside. I just know it's more of a splurge fun shop to look around in vs being a shop that I'd regularly choose to frequent for gifts and home goods. read more

Really cool souvenir/home store, but it's quite expensive. That's the biggest downside; the prices. Lots of LGBT things here, which I LOVE, and lots of funny sarcastic things. I had an uncomfortable experience this morning Thursday March 6 around 1015 with one of the employees at this store. I was on my morning walk and stopped in to browse at some knick-knacks, also looking for a candle. A shorter thin man with spikey hair was literally eyeing me over his glasses and following me around the store. It was very odd. As I was near the door looking at items I noticed he stood at the front door almost guarding it. I left because it was so awkward. He didn't even say goodbye or thank you. Getting there: This little desert gem is located at the entry to Palm Canyon & Alejo Rd. There is street parking out front and on the side. Experience: I wanted to buy the whole store! There were so many quirky nicknacks related to pop culture (Schitt's Creek, Friends, etc...) that it just makes you want to take them all home with you. I particularly wanted to come to this shop because of their display of Jeff Koon's balloon dog dupe. Their version is actually a coin bank, so I of course bought one of those to take home with me. Their candles, ugh! Smelled better than a day spa, so I of course bought one of those as well. I could go on and on about this place, but if you don't experience it for yourself you won't understand the hype. So make sure to pay this place a visit. read more

I was lucky enough to visit during the week of Thanksgiving, and their Christmas trees and ornaments were heavy on display. Each tree was a magnificent color, curated with themed ornaments and all. I overheard a staffer saying that every tree in store was for sale! My eyes were drawn to the assortment of coffee table books and candles, but my favorite part of the store was their assortment of greeting cards. I agree with name of this place! Fun and fabulous gift shop, with a focus on snarky as well as gender-fluid pop culture, and retro icons (e g. All the flamingos my heart desired) . Even though it wasn't quite Halloween, I appreciated that they had their (60's chic) Christmas trees up, because I was there to do early shopping!! From the clever dog toys (and toys that looked like balloon dogs ;-), to the Schitt's Creek merch I had been searching for, to the decorative boxes of candle matches (hey, everybody gets candles for Xmas, but does anybody think to give those same people fancy matches?? What a cute gift store! So glad and lucky that I accidentally found this place on my way out of Palm Springs! I'm not a fan of the usual cheesy souvenirs so I'm usually disappointed by most gift shops but this place has plenty of cool finds that you can tell are carefully curated. I limited myself to only buying an adorable mug, a key chain, and postcards with a cute retro design. I was very tempted to pick up a few cute cards as well. They have a whole area in the back filled with cool cards. From golden girls games and pins to LGBTQ books, funny political accessories, postcards, and so much more, there's a lot to explore here. Today i stopped in to Just (NOT SO) fabulous to shop for some christmas presents. I had a gift certificate for 100$ in my wallet that i had won in a raffle at Sober in the Sun many years ago. A bit tattered but still recognizable......might i add with no expiration date clearly written. It was not honored. The employee was very polite. With a few calls to the owner....they said were sorry. We can not honor it. The owner not present. Does a company not have records of gift certificates the donate to charitable causes? I was given the excuse the didnt recognize the signature. So many questions i have. I obviously will not shop there again. I still purchased my presents...over 200$ for a piggy bank and an ornament. I was given a nominal 25$ discount. Im very disturbed that a business is so shady. I wont recommend them. They have lost my business and will be sure to let all of my friends and family of this.
