DO NOT SHOP HERE. We came in because the windows had some cute items. We came out of our way to stop here. We had just left a soap shop, where my friend purchased some soap and put the soap in her pocket as it was one bar. As we were standing in the front of this store, an older woman, who turned out to be the manager, came to her employee at the front and whispered something in her ear. I didn't really pay much attention at the time but something felt off about it. At the same time they were trying to pull items in from the rain that had just started. We were then followed the rest of the time we were in the store and as we were leaving questioned if we wanted to purchase anything. After I left my friend said they had mentioned something about her pickpocketing and were staring at her pockets. It all made sense what we had experienced. I called and spoke to that manager explaining what had happened and my disappointment. She first blamed it on new staff till it was revealed SHE was the older woman who whispered in the woman's ear. She was rude and defensive and ultimately hung up on me saying "Sorry YOU were uncomfortable." This was blatant racism and profiling and I highly suggest you don't shop at such a disgusting place. The owner here is the best saleswoman/owner ever. She's super sweet and well informing. She's friendly and has the best vibe ever! I came into the King Street Artsy Abode with a Pandora piece that broke within the warranty period. The employees I spoke with were absolutely lovely they were kind and clearly wanted to help. Unfortunately, management was incredibly rude to us. Not only did they refuse to honor Pandora's warranty policy (even with my receipt and proof of purchase), but their tone made the whole experience unnecessarily uncomfortable. I ended up reaching out to Pandora corporate, who confirmed this should have been covered under their warranty. It's a shame, because the regular staff here are wonderful, but management's attitude and refusal to stand behind Pandora's own policies have made me hesitant to ever return. read more

I had a very bad experience at the store. They were extremely overpriced. There were Time and Tru shirts(which is usually a Walmart brand) and they sold for over $50 a piece. The worst problem I had though was with a nasty employee. I found an item marked 50% off and I took it to the cashier. The woman at the cash register was extremely rude and arrogant. There was a sign posted that they had a 3% credit card surcharge. When I asked this woman about it I wanted to discuss why they didn't just add the 3% to their price, she became defensive, angry and refused to sell my item to me. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. The frosted blonde woman behind the counter was the rudest person we've ever encountered. She spoke rudely to my 3 year old daughter as we were making purchases of a mermaid toy for her. She then rudely "guessed" where we were from in a derogatory manner as we were buying items in the store. We were so taken aback that we didn't even know how to respond. A cute and kitschy shop down one of the main historic streets in St Augustine. They are just down from the casa Monica hotel if you're looking for them specifically. There is some side street parallel parking, however it's usually difficult to find that this is a busy street. I recommend trying to find one of the public parking lots and parking there. They staff greeted us and told us to let us know if we had any questions. They have a ton of different items and a huge variety of offerings. One of the things that I really loved was the location specific glasses and pillows for decor and memorabilia. I like how they included all of the highlights from the areas that were listed on them. They also have a ton of other stuff. Think of anything that you could possibly want to take home as a souvenir or memorabilia and this place has it. however, they are not your typical gift shop with nicknack and useless items that you'll never want again. They really do have some great keepsakes and some fun offerings. Overall: A A souvenir and a memorabilia shop on one of the main streets in St George. I really like the unique offerings they have that's different from your normal gift shop. Go check out the area specific glasses and pillows they're super cute. read more

Have been to St Augustine about 5 times in the last 3 years and every shop we've entered had warm and welcoming staff. Not here though. Both doors were open when my wife and I entered. After about a minute or so this woman (see pix) came up to me and said we are closing and you need to take your purchases to be rung up. I noticed it was about 5:50 and she was now closing one set of doors. My wife was working with another sales person on an item while I continued to peruse. About another couple of minutes passed and same woman again came up to me, in a less than pleasant tone, and said they were closing and if I had something to ring up do so or pretty much leave. Other sales person was checking in back for a size of item for my wife and the third time same woman comes up and basically says same thing, - I told her that my wife was still being helped and she said "well either have her go pay for it or we are closed and please leave". She was extremely rude and cared less that a customer was being helped by another staff, she wanted me/us gone. I was visiting St. Augustine and came across this whimsical store. They have a lot of eclectic and different decor items. Interesting and diverse decor items really intrigue me. They had state pillows I was interested in but, when the price take was near $1000.00 for a 36-inch pillow I lost interest. Not included in their website are the table and lazy susan in which I added pictures. They were colorful and whimsical. The lazy susan has inspirational quotes that remind me how life should be. I purchased the colorful lazy susan more for the memory of my trip to St Augustine. It would include the thought that I was with some great friends. I really like this shop but, it is kind of pricy. My wife and I were visiting St. Augustine this weekend as an Anniversary celebration. I saw a coastal Pandora charm in a magazine that was sold at Artsy Adobe Boutique. I started creating my wife a bracelet last year so we took an Uber over to see the charm. What I didn't expect to find was this charming, friendly, and expert associate by the name of Dena. She showed me the charm I was looking for and some others. I ended up buying my wife 3 charms. Dena cleaned, polished and rearranged my wife's bracelet so it looks like a piece of art. I explained to her that I didn't do that and she continued scolding me and complaining to me about how the lights are very bright and she needs this fan directly on her. Find Another Place to Buy From Artsy Abode My husband purchased several charms for me from the artsy abode. A couple of days ago, I noticed a that one of the charms was broken and the dangle what was attached to the charm was lost. I called in to the Artsy Abode, Monday May 24, 2021. I explained to representative that the charm was broken. Her response was short from the beginning as if she was too busy to help me. She asked me how long ago did I buy it. I told her I didn't know. She asked me if I had the one-year warranty. I told her I did not buy one. Then she said it is automatic. That confused me but I said OK. She asked for my phone number. I gave it to her and she said, "we don't have that number." I gave her my cell and my husband's cell and she said in the same short almost rude way, "We don't have that number either." I said I don't understand how that's possible because I've purchased so many times from you. I said we purchased our charms when you were in the strip mall on Blanding. She said, "We're not there anymore. We're in the mall." I said, "So you don't have any record of the purchases made in the other location?" She said no. Then she said, "Well you can call the owner." I thought why would I call the owner. I don't even have the owners number and I can't imagine that the owner would want their phone number just passed out. I said, "Why wouldn't you call the owner?" She said, "Well we can't help you." I said, "OK, well then I'll just write a review." She said, "Yeah, you do that." So that's what I'm doing. I would never go to that store and buy anything ever again. What strikes me as strange is even though it's a Pandora product, does the Artsy Abode not need any customers? Do they have enough? But the one thing that came through loud and clear was the Artsy Abode did not need or want me as a customer. The Artsy Abode was not interested in helping me and was not going to help me. I would give more stars but this review is based on my last visit. I was so excited to go to the store and look at the Pandora jewelry. It's my birthday weekend and my husband always buys me numerous charms for my birthday. I have bought a lot of Pandora over the years at this store but not rushing back after the terrible service we had yesterday. Unfortunately I didn't get the sales lady's name. I haven't seen her in there before but she basically was not interested in helping us out. I asked her different questions and she just told me well you get that at the actual Pandora stores, not here. Then I would ask her about something else and same response. Then she says oh just look and I'm going over there. She left the Pandora jewelry counter and was just wandering around the store. She was not the only sales associate there but she didn't seem like she wanted to help us. I was very disappointed as I always get several pieces of Pandora and we normally buy some other items while in the store. Unfortunately, due to the sales lady's lack of help, we just ended up leaving and didn't look at anything and didn't buy anything either. Usually the ladies there are so sweet and helpful and we just love shopping there. I didn't even look for the usual ladies as we just left. I know times are tough with help but this was not a young person with no experience but I'm not rushing back there. We love getting nice tshirts as souvenirs when traveling. Quality tshirts with unique designs. Usually these can not be found in most touristy shops. Having been up and down St George street in and out of the shops it was clear we would not find what we were looking for in any of those shops. Simply Southern is one brand of tshirt that we really like. After googling "Simply Southern St Augustine" we found a shop off of King Street that carries them. Artsy Abode! How many times had we walked by and drove by this shop only to be deceived by the front window which looks like a Pandora jewelry shop?! With 30 minutes to spare before they closed we went inside to check it out. We were pleasantly surprised to find some really cute stuff! Lots of Simply Southern tshirts (several with St Augustine on them), both for male and female. They also had some unique and reasonably priced beach and nautical inspired jewelry. Some Mud Pie kids clothes and some other unique gift items. In the very front of the store there is a selection of Pandora jewelry pieces. But don't be fooled by the front window! I received a beautiful Pandora bracelet for Christmas, we traveled to St. Augustine for a quick get away. We love this beautiful city. I was hopeful we could find a charm an unique St. Augustine charm for my bracelet. Tiffany knew just what to show me. The Pandora charm had the lighthouse on it the top done in red with St. Augustine embossed on it. Tiffany was very attentive and helpful. She explained how to put my bracelet on by myself. We not only bought the St. Augustine charm but two more as well. We will be back on our next trip. read more

I parked at a meter just outside the store but didn't have hardly any change so I went inside to exchange a $2 for the meter. I was told they could not do that.
