Prepare for some extra charges…read more I brought my car in for some minor body repairs. Pro-collision had my car for 2 days. I had to jumpstart my car to leave the parking lot. My battery now doesn't hold a charge at all because some employee clearly didn't fully turn my car off. After calling pro collision I've been told they are not taking any responsibility at all and it must have been complete coincidence that my vehicle, which has never had a problem starting before, entered their shop working and couldn't drive off of the lot. Now I'm out 200$ out to replace my battery they ruined. I wouldn't trust these people with a bicycle.

They told me one day the car would be painted the next day, four days later they said the bumper hadn t come in yet! They also broke a plastic piece on my dashboard and forgot to put in a ruber weather strip in the back door. I ve talked to them about the thing they broke and said they would look for it and replace it for me..... They never called, I called them after two or three weeks for them to tell me It s been discontinued and it s hard to find I will never go there again and would not advise anyone else to.

We were told it could take 1.5 to 2 hours for the work to be completed. I was greeted by a kind receptionist and told her I needed to wait while the work was being done. I didn't even have to wait an hour and the work was completed. They also replaced a light that was out, free of charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.

They had me pay and said everything was fine. I trusted them and paid. once I walked to my vehicle I noticed it was the same door handle, but it was now scratched up much worse. It also would no longer lock or unlock. I went back in and let them know I caught them. Shane explained he forgot to mention this and he was so sorry for letting it slip his mind that they did not do the work I paid for. They said they would fix the locking issue. They did BUT now the key doesnt work. I left tired of the incompetence and afraid of more damage to the vehicle. Once I arrived home I realized they did not return my $500 key I had just bought at the dealer. When I called back they said.........we dont have it, we will look. Never did I receive the key or a refund on the horrible work that was performed. You should never go here unless you dont care about your vehicle, quality work or losing your items that are in their posession. I lost over $1,000 trusting them with my vehicle.

They called to make sure I want to proceed and I honestly was very pleased about the service. Also the price was hard to beat. They gave me a detailed bid as to what I needed. A good price and break down as to all the parts and labor it would take to fix. They did exactly what I needed so I could get the parts and safely drive my vehicle. -I did get the repair done somewhere else. They gave me the information I needed to effectively get a second opinion and to know exactly what I needed. The information they gave me saved me a few hundred dollars.
