I requested 2 referrals and neither have been processed. One was never responded to. I've left him several messages through the service, and he's only called back once. This spanned over 4 months. Recently, I had an emergency and needed a referral. Even my insurance provider was not able to reach him. I ended up spending $250 extra dollars to see Urgent Care, another PCP, and a specialist when it should have been just Dr. Epstein and a specialist. This is absolutely unacceptable. Really nice guy but what's the use if you need to move heaven and earth to have your problems resolved?
